Everything from start to finish is a curated and intentional experience designed to truly relax and comfort you. Everyone I have interacted with thus far is so professional, kind and gentle. Angela is an incredible masseuse. She is sincere, knowledgeable, skilled and makes an effort to remember you. I've done one body dry brush and massage treatment and one 50 minute Swedish massage and both were lovely. The 2 hour treatment obviously takes the cake but the massage is so targeted and thorough. Angela is actively helping me learn to be more in tune with my body and where it holds tension and that is a huge development for me. The signature oil diffuser they have out at this location is delicious and immediately bathes you in calm when you enter. The front desk is always informational, helpful and prompt. The changing room, restroom, shower, lockers, and quiet room are in perfect condition and constantly being cleaned up and restocked. There are plenty amenities and products available for use in the changing room and a few snacks, a magazine, and cold water in the quiet room. You are treated with a tea or other beverage (never paid attention because I'm all for the tea but maybe a wine or a sparkling wine?) before and after your service. You receive 15% off your next session if you book again while checking out. There are seasonal specials and packages if you want to opt for more than one service as well. Oh, did I mention the massage beds are heated and they provide you a warm, weighted neck/shoulder wrap after your service? They've truly thought of everything. As someone who works in client experience herself, Woodhouse on River Run is the real deal.

I started coming here 5 years ago and have honestly enjoyed every massage I've received here. My only issue is inconsistency with draping or no draping, the first three or four times there was limited draping at best, which was a wash cloth over the privates or simply no draping at all on a occasion. Even with the limited to no draping, the massage has been consistently been on the up and up, which is what I prefer, but I just like my massages with limited to no draping, and therapeutic. Again, great massages, just prefer relaxing their draping standard to repeat customers

I was able to schedule a 2 hour deep tissue massage & a 30 minute cleansing facial. I am not exaggerating at all when I say this hands down was the BEST massage I have EVER had in my life! I've been to various places & no one measures up to her. The room was very nice & relaxing. Natalie did a consultation beforehand to find out what brought me in, whatever I was comfortable with sharing w/ her, so she would know how best to restore my body & mind. I loved that she did this to really get to know me & what I needed, & also because this consultation didn't take away from the 2 hour massage that I booked. Once I was on the table & she came in is when the 2 hours started. That is truly amazing & have never had that before. Her deep tissue was perfect in getting my tension released. She checks in to find out if it hurts too much & would really help to relax my body & let go of that tension. She really worked through my tight muscles & knots w/out me leaving in pain like some other therapists do. Again, I had a pretty rough week where we would also talk just enough to where she even relaxed my mind. This was a true physical & mental therapy session for me & I was so grateful that I hugged Natalie when I came out of the room. I have found my permanent massage therapist! You won't regret going to her. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I reached her via TG (@susanhahn1 ; she took care of the arrangements, sent a private code once payment cleared, and greeted me at the entrance. The booking process is being cleaned up. Another guest without a code was allowed inside, yet I received noticeably better treatment ,massage after the bath plus a few additional goodies while using the sauna. The space was ready and her gentle style kept the atmosphere calm the entire time. The session stayed private and delivered what I wanted, including HE. Before I left she suggested a basic 30-day exercise routine. Communication worked smoothly with Google Translate. Anyone looking for a smooth, uninterrupted sauna experience with that level of attention and HE should contact Susan. Already planning my next visit.

There was no paperwork to complete when you first come in which is good because you don't have to…read morestop to fill that out but could be bad because the massage therapist is not getting to know anything about you or your needs- problem areas, areas you don't want touched, medical conditions, etc. I was in the first room and I wish they had a single curtain there because when my massage first started I could see out into the hall through the break in the curtain which means that if anyone crossed past that way they could see me undressed. My massage started off rocky. She was doing a lot of jerky motions and the entire massage felt rushed rather than slow, relaxing and intentional. I told her that I wanted her to focus on shoulders and neck and that equated to a lot of rolling with her hands and oil in that area rather than slow intentional attention on that area working out the kinks. Toward the middle of my 90 minute massage she kinda settled in and I was able to relax. Overall, it was nice but it was far from the best massage I have had and a majority of the massages I have had were at a massage school in my hometown. Would I go again? Yes, I would. Best part was the stretches at the end. Overall, I am happy.
