I have been coming to this place for a few years and absolutely love it! They have free WiFi which is perfect for studying and the ambiance is relaxing and cozy. As for the boba it is delicious, and unique with many different flavors such as Matcha Earl Grey Latte and Coconut Cream Thai Tea. This boba shop is popping! It smells amazing as soon as you walk in, but be prepared for a long wait because it was packed! Long line and only two employees were working at that time! My drink was delicious, but my roommate's drink was sickly sweet! I got the matcha latte with strawberry and she ordered the tropical tea with rainbow jelly and boba. Her tea tasted almost syrupy to the point where it just tasted so thick and sweet. The boba was decent, but I've had better and fresher at other boba shops. The cups are very cute! My friend and I were randomly craving boba and happened to stumble upon this spot. The cups are aesthetic /adorable and so fun! The drinks themselves are so yummy and made so well. I got the classic brown sugar and my friend the tornado (aka blended) Thai tea and it didn't taste fake or weak. Would recommend this place! It's boba galore here, officially obsessed! Drinks: they have a large variety of drinks to choose from here all very unique. If I could I'd order all of them lol. Today I got to try 3 of their drinks the strawberry matcha latte, brown sugar milk tea, & taro milk tea. The strawberry matcha latte was hands down the best one. If you're a matcha fan I highly recommend starting off with this drink. It's subtle & refreshing with just the right amount of sweetness. I also recommend this drink for someone who isn't looking for something overly sweet. With that being said, the brown sugar milk tea was a little too rich for me. It was good but I couldn't take more than one sip so only order this one if you enjoy drinks that are on the sweeter more richer side. Taro milk was also very tasty & refreshing. This is also one I'd highly recommend to someone who is coming here for the first time. I appreciate how big their cups are you definitely get what you're paying for. Very different from your other boba spots AND they fit in the cup holders of our car (winning!). Orders: Mango yogurt (less sweet): A refreshing drink to hold me over until our next destination. The mango and yogurt flavors weren't very strong, but the drink looked nice. I would definitely say it tasted better than the mango milk tea. Mango milk tea (less sweet): My partner said her drink was alright. Again, the mango flavor wasn't very strong, and neither was the tea flavor. In terms of service and whatnot, the staff was friendly, parking was easy, and the place was clean. There was no wait time and we got our drinks super fast (we stopped by in the early afternoon). It was a pretty average experience overall considering the flavors of the drinks we bought. Poor customer service... I really wanted to try this place. I have been following them on Instagram for a while and since I found myself in the Reseda area, I thought this would be the perfect day to finally give their famous beverages a try. I got there and I was greeted by a "we are not open yet, we open at 12pm!". When I looked at my watch it was 11:58am, not even a "could you just please wait a couple of minutes?", or "you can sit here, we are about to open". I love, love, LOVE this place. The Tornado drinks are my favorite thing, especially the Thai Tea, Matcha and Cookies & Cream - YUM. The prices are high, yes, but the portion size is HUGE. So much larger than other boba places. No size upgrades for checking in on social media, unfortunately. They do have a stamp card, but they ask that you just hang on to your receipt during COVID and they'll honor them at some point. I'm not the biggest fan of their boba -- not something I prioritize when I'm here. They have a pricier version of boba that's less sugary, for what it's worth. No food, as far as I know, but eh. This is more of a grab and go, so a drink is all I need. Quick, efficient service. Ample parking space, same lot as Denny's. read more

The drinks here taste terrible and are quite pricey at $7.99 for a large! I ordered 2 fresh milk teas (1 jasmine, 1 black), which were both disappointing. The teas are watered down, the boba is hard, and the black tea in particular had a strange herbal flavor. The store looks cute and the aesthetic of the cups was promising, but the boba and tea did not live up to the expectations. Service was also not great, as the person taking orders seemed impatient and did not bother to offer recommendations. The menu is also structured strangely and it seemed like they mostly offer tornados/smoothies. Turns out the one item on the menu, "Fresh Milk Tea" can be made using different tea leaves of your choice but that is not obvious or explained by the staff. Came here on a Saturday afternoon. There were a few people inside and some people came after us, not too busy though where orders are backed up, drinks seemed to come out pretty fast. I ordered a large Thai tea with lychee jelly and my boyfriend ordered a large brown sugar milk tea with boba and lychee jelly (they were out of Viet coffee). Unfortunately they forgot his lychee jelly but we used the Yelp coupon to get a free topping anyways, oh well. We didn't bring it up because when the drinks came out, they were HUGE. Much larger than I expected. Would definitely not get a large for myself again unless someone was going to share. I got it with Oolong and the flavors was really good with the right amount of sweetness. There are flakes too that added some crunchy texture to the drink. They offer different flavors and let's talk about their cups. I mean they are seriously so aesthetically pleasing. Just found this little Jem in Reseda. Service is awesome, they have some nice options. Not as extensive as other BoBa joints - but good options nonetheless. We ordered cookies and cream with boba and tasted so good! The husband ordered tropical passion with Jasmine green tea- so good. They put chunks of real fruit- which was nice too! A Tea Thing was my mum and I's favorite stop but they recently changed their black tea and it now has a weird after taste. I don't know if it's cheaper or what but it wasn't good. My mum said it was more bitter, I say it has an almost honey like taste, and one of the employees described it as chocolate like. Whatever it was, it was not hitting. Our go to was the strawberry-orange smash tea and it no longer mixes well with it. Also the staff should inform customers that they are out of an ingredient upon ordering. We were disappointed to find our drinks lacking oranges after receiving them only to be told they were out of oranges. At least give us the opportunity to maybe order something else then. read more

I love this place! It is just down the street from my workplace. I have ordered here a couple times, and the quality of the drinks have been very consistent. I usually get the honey kumquat tea with aloe Vera and fresh tea with sea salt cream with 50% sugar. The drinks have a strong tea taste which I prefer. The drinks have just the right amount of ice, which helps stay cold but not diluted for at least an hour. My friends enjoy the matcha drink and the regular milk tea as well. They all come in sturdy cups with their own logo. The sitting area is spacious for catching up with friends or replying emails. I have gotten some work here done once as well.
