The moment I arrived at MB of Boston, Andy Espinosa/Sales & Leasing Consultant at MBB greeted me with professionalism and warmth. Throughout the buying/leasing process Andy demonstrated his commitment to excellence in customer, appreciation and satisfaction. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my experience was seamless and enjoyable. Whether it was the attentiveness of Andy as the Sales focal, the transparency from the Business team throughout the process, or the meticulous care from the Service department, every interaction from the entire team reflected their dedication to customer satisfaction. When I arrive to actually pick up the car, a beautiful and huge red bow adorn the hood as I took a first glimpse of my new S580 sedan! Special thanks to Andy Espinosa and the standout staff, who exemplified what it means to deliver world class service. Their collective knowledge, patience and clear communication made me feel confident and valued throughout the entire experience. The dealership itself is immaculate, well-organized and welcoming. it's rare to find a car dealership team that truly treats you like family while maintaining such high standards of professionalism. I wholeheartedly recommend Andy Espinosa at Mercedes-Benz of Boston to anyone seeking not just a luxury vehicle, but a luxury experience. Andy earned my trust and my loyalty as a returning customer.

I can not even begin to say enough wonderful things about Flagship Lynnfield!…read more I come from a family that has been in the car business for years. Today on a whim, I decided to go to Flagship Lynnfield to check out a car that I just couldn't get my mind off of. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Karl. He was upfront, down to earth and real. He didn't know my background, he thought I was just another customer. Karl bent over backwards to help me and make sure that I was satisfied and happy. Honestly, it may have been him who sold me the car. For real. A car dealers daughter in law. Along with the amazing Ken Julian, I got my dream car. If you're a family member of anyone in the used car world you would know that it's almost impossible. But, THAT IS how good the deals are at Flagship Lynnfield. I'm so happy to have found my dream car and this team. I will never again go anywhere else. You have my trust and business for life!! Thanks to Karl, Ken and even Nathan (in service) for an amazing car and deal!

After test drive I went in to do the financing. All during the process I kept telling the dealer that I have loan approval with my companies credit union and that the rate was really good. I told them the rate they said they were very competitive and could probably beat that rate. I did a credit app and was handed over to the finance guy who would ultimately become the deal breaker for me. Right away this guy has me down at astronomical loan rate I asked what did my credit come back as this is extremely, way higher than the rate I told them I already had with my company's credit union. He said we shouldn't use that because they can't hold the car and that it could be sold at anytime while we wait for the check. Then he said just refinance. This is the part that pissed me off. He said you can just refinance right away, but it would help me if you waited 6 months first; but you could do whatever you want. Irritating. Also trying to sell all these warranties I could care less for. I had to walk away from this guy; I told the original salesman that I was going to back out. The salesman, finance guy, and manager had a huddle meeting. Came back to me trying to persuade me to use their lien holder. The finance guy and salesguy were upset with eachother. The salesguy told me that this guy has had problems in the past with other customers, this wasn't the first time. So far very unprofessional stuff happening to me at this dealership. I stood my ground I just wanted to use my company's credit union because the loan came with benefits for me and they couldn't match the rate. Finally we decided we'd go with my lienholder and a purchase agreement was drafted and sent to my company's credit union. I got in my car and prepared for my long trip home, the finance guy called me and made one last attempt offering me a rate lower than the rates he said he couldn't go lower than before. This is all smoke and mirrors just constantly lying to me like its ok and common for people to be deceitful. I said its too late at this point, the rate wasn't lower than the rate I had anyway and that I had to start driving I was behind schedule. He sat silent for like 30secs then said ok bye. The next morning I am home now and got the most predictable text message in the world that somebody came and bought the car last night and thanks/nice to meet you/blah blah. These guys are deceitful. They just want to cash in on the financing of the car they sell to you so if you have good credit avoid this place they don't want customers like you. Financing guys name is Benjamin - Enjoy. Oh and when we first pulled up someone from the service shop, an older gentlemen with grey hair was smoking weed right in front of the service garage entrance. My son kept asking what the smell was.

Warning: Dishonesty and Deception - Avoid this Dealer! In…read more2022, this dealership charged me over $230 to clean clogged sunroof drains on my Macan S after water leaked into the cabin -- claiming it was "routine maintenance," even though the vehicle was under CPO warranty. A late 2024/2025 class action settlement has since confirmed this is a known defect, not a maintenance issue. The settlement extends warranty coverage and mandates one (1) free sunroof drain cleaning per year for ten (10) years from the date the vehicle was first placed in service -- clearly acknowledging Porsche's responsibility. When I followed up recently, Service Manager John Eric was dismissive and either unaware -- or indifferent -- to the court-ordered terms. Even worse, I emailed General Manager John Andrade and received no response. When you're guilty of deceiving customers, I suppose silence is easier than accountability. Owners beware: this dealership is intentionally misleading customers and charging for services Porsche has agreed must be provided for free. Know your rights. Avoid this dealer -- and their sister dealership in Burlington, MA. Find a dealer you can trust!

I had spent months looking, comparing, and trying to figure out exactly what I wanted, and Sebastian made the entire experience so much easier than I expected. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and never once made me feel pressured. He listened to what I wanted, worked with me, and ultimately helped me get my dream car -- something I wasn't sure I'd actually be able to make happen! The whole process was easy, comfortable, and completely different from the stressful car-buying experience I had been expecting. I never felt rushed or pushed into making a decision. Sebastian genuinely made me feel like he cared about getting me into the right car, not just making a sale. We did run into a delay with my insurance, which meant the car wasn't ready when I originally went to pick it up. Instead of making an already frustrating situation more stressful, Sebastian personally delivered my new car to me the very next day. That extra effort really meant a lot to me and was the perfect ending to an already great experience. After five months without a car, finally having a car that I absolutely LOVE feels amazing. I couldn't be happier with my new Kia, and I would absolutely recommend Sebastian to anyone looking for a genuinely helpful, patient, and no-pressure car-buying experience. Thank you for helping me finally get my dream car!

Our salesman Sebastian Dalence and our Finance Manager Stephen Chiavelli. In all my years and countless cars bought I've never had such a no haggle sales purchase. No BS. Literally the best experience I've ever had. Our deal was so smooth and fast I don't think we were in there for more than an hour total. I've never seen a dealership help you save money! Only try and maximize their profits and forget who you are right after the sale. We were greeted by Sebastian outside he was expecting us because we made an appointment. But what was cool is he remembered my nephews name. When we got there the car was already pulled up front by Sebastian. We went inside and right away he asked us if we needed anything. I'm telling you we were with Sebastian for about 15-20 minutes maybe. That's all it took for him to make a very smooth deal. Then off to Stephen to finish up the deal. Again, never had I saw someone help his customer to help them save! He was on point with all the numbers and went through everything he showed us. I'm telling you I've never had a great time buying a new car. I have been driving Honda's for about 10 years now. And I usually don't have to bad of a time purchasing a car. But I think my next car will be a KIA from this dealership and these two fine gentlemen. For such a great and painless experience...You gentlemen are our Kings of the Day...

Relaxed friendly environment. Had an issue with the soft roof on my Miata. Some rivets popped off and a bracket got bent out of shape. Everyone around me said "Don't take it to the dealer, it'll be too expensive, they won't try to fix it, they'll say you need to replace the roof, engine, tires and antenna"... Boy, were they all wrong! 495 Mazda DID fix it, and they fixed it right! And the final bill was very, very reasonable. It would have definitely cost way more if I took it to the local mechanic. Mechanics at 495 Mazda know your Mazda, know how things are supposed to work, and have to right tools for the right job. Can't say thank you enough! Thanks to Jonathan and Cesare! Highly recommended!

I was given a particular price for a car, and when I went to pick it up the car was hideous with tan interior with red trim and a black exterior. Obviously, it was a car they had a hard time getting off the lot, so I told them to find me something else...and my only option became a better looking car with lots of additional add-ons that cost an additional $2000. Additionally, they promised me 3 years of Mazda Connected Services, and signed me up for it. I suspected that they would reneg on that so I grabbed a screenshot of my account with 3 years of MCS provided. After 1 year passed, they took away my MCS and told me that my one year trial was over, even though I had previously been signed up for 3 years. When I reached out to them, they told me there was nothing they could do. Of course there is more they can do, they just refuse. I bought my last 4 cars from them (Lannan Mazda previously) but never again. Liars and charlatans.

My care team, which consisted of Ray, Sami, Stephen, and Alex, was polished and streamlined, which was much appreciated by this very busy toddler mom and tech professional. Right at the get-go, Ray understood my need to have everything lined up and ready to go so he answered most of my questions ahead of my arrival at the dealership. Already sold on the idea of a Mazda, I completed my credit application ahead of time, and had already narrowed down my options between the different vehicle types. Once I finally made it to the dealership, Sami had the car ready for me to test drive and we went over the paperwork in less than half an hour. Stephen then helped me choose a couple of great warranty options that I didn't even think to get, but I know will already pay off. On the day of pickup, Alex was gracious enough to walk me through all the different options in the car and patiently waited until I was done asking random questions. Alex and Sami, come to find out, had gone to work that morning on their day off to make sure I was able to have the best pickup/send-off experience. Thank you to this amazing team for the superior customer experience. 5 stars all the way!

Title: Formal Complaint - Misrepresentation and Unresolved Vehicle Issues…read more I am filing this complaint regarding my purchase of a 2016 Kia from Dracut's Car Connection on July 15, 2025. Since the date of purchase, I have experienced repeated mechanical issues, including the check engine light returning multiple times despite numerous visits to their shop. I was informed by Frank, the owner, that certain repairs were not covered under the warranty, requiring me to pay out of pocket for parts and even travel five hours to Massachusetts to obtain one myself. Despite these efforts, the same issue persists, and the vehicle remains unreliable. Additionally, the dealership refused to provide an itemized receipt for the work allegedly performed, and I have evidence that my signature was forged on certain documents. I believe the vehicle's defects were known prior to sale and intentionally concealed. I am requesting that this matter be formally investigated, and that appropriate action be taken against Dracut's Car Connection for misrepresentation, possible forgery, and failure to honor warranty obligations.
