He was friendly, polite and professional. He did a great job. There was a small miss-communication around the final amount invoiced but their manager, Anna resolved this in a very fair manner. After messaging them about it, they said they forgot to schedule the actual appointment (!). Next, they scheduled an appointment for Thursday, when they showed up said they couldn't do the job as they didn't bring enough time and need additional components. Left again, rescheduled to Monday (!). And, lo and behold, no-show again on Monday. After 45 mins, I called their office and they simply said something got in the way and they can't help it. Honestly shockingly bad. Can't rate their actual service as I've never received it, just empty promises.

They provided me with additional options: increase storage, run electrical or install lighting - all with the intention of improving the area, but without pressure to do so. Yevgeny has done work for me for over a decade, including plumbing/sewage, electrical and now drywall. Never had an issue with the quality. Due to the quality of the work done and the friendliness and honesty involved in our dealings I have not sought out other companies to do the work, so I cannot address comparable cost to other contractors - but the value of the work has been great. But if you need great work done by an honest and reputable team, Yevgeny and Valery are the ones to call.

He told me he could not get to my house until approximately 9:00 pm. He was very professional and even tried to help me for free, when he asked me to text him a picture of the fill valve. Unfortunately, his suggestion didn't work, so I needed him to come in person. When he arrived, he impressed me when he removed his shoes without being asked. I wasn't going to ask him to remove his shoes, as there was a water leak and the floor was just recently mopped. He replaced the fill valve effortlessly. I looked at my son, as we were struggling with removing the old fill valve. Leave it to a professional. He cleaned up the job area and I was charged a reasonable price. I would recommend this business without reservations.

He set expectations well and said he couldn't be 100% certain, but he would start with the least invasive solution, order the part, and we could schedule the actual repair when the part arrived. He also let me know what I needed to do to prep for the future repair, which was helpful. I was contacted to schedule repair when the part arrived a few weeks later. Jake arrived promptly at the scheduled window, shut off my water supply for me, replaced the part, and set expectations that I could possibly see the issue again because without going more invasive, it's not entirely possible to determine the root cause, which made sense for a plumbing issue. He was clean, finished in less than an hour, and also sent pictures of the WIP while he was repairing. I appreciated the promptness, professionalism, and transparency.

They replied with a new $165 invoice *just to discuss the estimate they'd given me*. Yep--$165 to even talk about their estimate. I've had a lot of work done over my lifetime, and I've never even heard of such a thing. Outrageous. If they're willing to do this, what are they willing to do once they're at your house on the job? Beware clauses and wording in the contract/estimate that are open to inflated costs. I found several. I investigate consumer fraud for a living. DO NOT use this company. Unless you're independently wealthy and can afford anything you want, STAY AWAY from this business.
