Gina and Eric came by the net day to provide me a free estimate on both services. The estimates were reasonable for the service provided so I booked both services. Eric and Gina just left today after cleaning my windows. They were very careful when moving furniture and put everything back where it belonged. They were also vigilant in not letting any of my three pets out from the house or side yard. The windows look great. They also cleaned the screens, sills and tracks. What I really appreciate is they don't just vacuum the tracks, they clean them. But what really impressed me is when I walked into the bedroom, there was Gina, standing on a ladder, cleaning the ceiling fan. She said she just could not resist as it obviously needed cleaning (this was one of the main reasons I was looking for housecleaning services. Being disabled, it is hard for me to clean ceiling fans). I highly recommend Eric and Gina for window cleaning. The housecleaning appointment is scheduled for next week. Most services I found outsourced the cleaning, where they would take half the fee and then only pay the cleaners a small amount. I wanted to find someone local and where the money went to their entire team. I was up front that I didn't want her discussing money or what would be included because I knew that would stress out my mother in law and also she would feel bad if she wanted more services and thought they cost extra. Lucy asked to come stop by the house to assess it first which I thought was reasonable so she could quote it accurately. From there it went downhill. First of all she was late. Which is fine in itself but when you are dealing with the elderly they prefer people to be on time because they literally plan their entire day around a visit. 15 min late became 30 min late... and to me that's not acceptable. You should be on time. It's a matter of respect. Secondly she made comments to my mother in law about every aspect of her house and made her feel bad, it gave the impression that everything was dirty. She asked oh do you want to add blinds, that will be extra. Do you want to add the oven, that will be extra. It made my mother in law uneasy and I asked her not to discuss these specifics for this extra reason and to just give me line items of what each thing would be additionally so I could make the best decision for us. Lastly she told my mother in law it would take 8+ hours to clean her 1100 square foot house and that she had to take all the items off all her counters. She is elderly and that was just too much for her. I felt Lucy should have listened to me and discussed all these things with me, the person that would be paying and hiring her, not with my mother in law. Had that happens I could have explained it to her in a nicer way. What happened instead is my mother in law was offended, felt I was getting ripped off because she felt the time quote was too long, and she felt nickel and dimed with all the extras and overwhelmed with the task of having to clear her countertops.

Obviously deep cleaning is just the first time, but the second time, standard stuff like dusting was missed in a lot of locations. When you book a service and pay well over $400 you expect the basics to get done. What is worse, the people checked on their check list it was done. The last time was just before I hosted a baby shower and I am so angry about how awful that cleaning was. My formal living room was not vacuumed at all, my sunroom was vacuumed half ass, there was dirt in the corners where they should haven taken out a vacuum wand. Places weren't dusted again and it felt like my floors weren't even mopped. I had to set up for a baby shower, cook for it then I had to clean myself when I paid MaidPro. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I waited 3 months and still nothing so I text him, no response. Completely ghosted. A few more months go by and finally I call him to ask where my shelf is. He must really think I'm dumb with his asinine response. He proceeds to say what, you never received it!? No I haven't. If I had I would not be calling. Then he says he took the funds out of his employees check and she was instructed to get it to me and has since been let go however long ago. He says he is going to look into it and call me back that day. Again never heard anything back. I called him a week later and left a voicemail. Surprise surprise, I have not received a call back nor a text. DO NOT give this company your business! The owner will tell you what he thinks you want to hear and then never follow through. I will NEVER do business with this subpar cleaning company again and I suggest you don't either.

PBC was also the company with the best customer service when I reached out for quotes. For my first visit, the team came in and did a good job. I did notice a few things missed after they left, and Ed was more than apologetic and offered to have his team come back to make things better. Not only did they return another day, but they did additional cleaning at the second visit (and he sent one of his best team members to make it right). Recommendation: Be clear about the services you need done as not all companies are the same, so ask for details of what's covered. I'm quite impressed with management's responsiveness and willingness to correct things. Would use them again. I'm sure overtime, my 4 stars will move up to 5.
