My electric furnace was overheating after shutdown due to a faulty relay to the element. I called Beacon and explained the issue. Their guys came out and I again explained that when the thermostat shut the furnace off, the fan stopped but the heating element stayed on and began to overheat. The Beacon team diagnosed several issues that didn't exist, and then after almost an hour sitting in their van writing the final report and estimate, they said they were unable to find parts for this unit and 6k replacement was the only option. My wife located the original factory parts in less than 5 minutes. Since A+ had done some satisfying work at my Cafe, I called and explained the issue. When they arrived, I explained the shutdown issue to Richie and he showed me the exact replacement part. He showed up with the part that Beacon said didn't exist. A+ replaced the part, and a weak component on the fan and like magic...problem solved. The price was reasonable, the tech guys were honest and professional. Yes, definitely call A+. Had a plumbing and septic emergency, backing up into my home and into my backyard. Called and within an hour I had both a plumber and to get my septic tank pumped. I needed to get a new mainline and my tank repaired (I just purchased this home with all these wonderful issues!) they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about everything. Larry was very informative and didn't touch anything without explaining to me how it worked and why it wasn't working, Chris was extremely polite and his helper Grover were so so sweet especially to my 3 German shepherds that accidentally got out. Very reasonably priced and even gave me a military discount as I'm a retired Marine. I have been recommending A+ plus to everyone, my family gets there tank pumped with them and they recently fixed my moms heater as that stopped working. I had an emergency with my septic tank, I purchased this property a couple months ago, my house was almost starting to flood with sewage as well as sewage backing up into the backyard through the risers. A+ services was able to get out to my residence in like an hour, was able to get a plumber out same day. I ultimately needed to get my tank repaired and my mainline replaced, I had my mainline replaced in less than 3 days, cleaned up the area and made it presentable afterwards, Larry I think his name was, was sooo wonderful, chatted about dogs as I have 3 German shepherds and he happened to have one to! Super quick response, extremely nice, presentable and cheaper than any other company I have ever worked with in Washington state! I've used this company on 3 occasions and every time they give me the pipe. I must just like the pipe but this is the last time. Scheduled an appointment which they are pretty good at getting you in...I was quoted one price and then got hit a different price that was a lot more. BTW, you don't know the final price until it's completed. So they're done an mention a cracked septic cover they could replace for $200, mind you the septic cover cracked because of the screws that were used and they reported the cover to the city who came out and made me replace it. I went on vacation and came back and septic alarm kept going off when I called they said it would be $200+ for someone to come out since it was close to a month. Company did some repairs to my septic system in 2020 and charged me over $2000. We assumed the problem was fixed and come to find out less then 3 years later I had to call a plumber out to clean out my drains due to a clog in the pipes going to the septic system. Thisnis the exact area that A+ charged me all the money to fix. After paying the plumber $4000 to fix an issue I just paid A+ to fix a few years ago, I called and explained the situation to the operations manager and was told basically they were not liable. Do not use this company!! They don't care about you if you question their work and don't stand by their work. Horrible customer service!! I will not recommend to anyone! read more

I'll be honest. I didn't get bids or check pricing. But when you have septic bubbling up through your shower drain, you don't have time for that. We called A+ because they had pumped the tank when we purchased the home. They sent a plumber to diagnose, then a pump crew. They pumped it and called in a drainfield specialist. Jason T. Hand dug and found the first problem. He returned first thing in the morning with a back hoe and two helpers -Cody and Darrin. They found the problems, showed us what had failed and explained each step of the way. Expensive? Yep. But about 1l10th of what we were looking at if they couldn't fix it. We want to thank Jason Trueblood of A+ Septic for coming to our rescue this week. We had all of our toilets overflowing and bathtubs not draining as well as some kind of gunk coming back up into the tubs. Jason came to our home and scoped our pipes describing what we would find after digging them up. The pipes basically collapsed due to poor work from previous company causing water to leak and roots to grow in them. We've used them every few years for routine septic pumping and inspection. We were always happy with the price and service. A few months ago, I got a notice from the county that we needed an inspection. I called and they came out within an hour. When they opened our tank, it was empty which meant that we had a crack in the tank. We were given a couple options for repair or replacement. They then brought out a porta-potty to get us by until the repairs were completed. This company made a bad situation almost bearable by bringing the porta-potty immediately and getting the repairs done as quickly as possible. read more

Do not use this company. They do not stand by their product. We have a on demand system in which they installed. Their stickers were placed on the system. We called them because they system is not working and they claimed that they never installed the system and that some how someone just placed the stickers on the the system. How ridiculous.
