Come moving day, the crew showed up right on time, ready to go. They were courteous, upbeat, and got to work immediately. What I really appreciated was how careful and respectful they were with both my belongings and the spaces themselves. They laid protective materials on the floors, wrapped all my furniture securely, and made sure nothing was scratched, scuffed, or left behind. I've had movers in the past who rushed through the process or acted like it was just another job--but this team was different. You could tell they truly cared about doing things the right way. Even better, the team communicated with each other so well that it made the entire move incredibly efficient. They worked hard but never looked stressed or disorganized. They made it look easy--even though I know it wasn't. By the time everything was loaded, transported, and unloaded at my new home, I was honestly amazed at how smoothly it all went. We had an outstanding experience with A Plus on our moving day. Our crew of three showed up exactly on time and worked hard and efficiently from start to finish. I had gathered three other quotes from different companies, and A Plus was the only one confident enough to estimate the job at under 8 hours. They budgeted 5.5 hours- and impressively finished in just a little over four. Because their team worked so quickly and professionally, we actually received a credit back.
