BEWARE! I am beyond disappointed with how Safelite has handled the DAMAGE caused to my vehicle…read moreduring my windshield installation. Your technician had to install my windshield twice. After the installation, my brand-new vehicle, one that I drove off the dealership lot with only 5 miles on the odometer was returned to me with damage that was not there beforehand. The driver's side fender, between the hood and driver's door, is now popped out of alignment, causing the door to scrape every time it is opened. Paint is scraping off every time I open the door. For over a month, I have been sent in circles. I have repeatedly called, only to be told that the notes state Safelite is "not responsible." How can that determination be made when no one has inspected my vehicle or even attempted to investigate the damage? It appears that Safelite decided to deny responsibility before conducting any meaningful review. I was repeatedly promised that a district manager would contact me. That never happened. No one has followed through, no one has taken ownership of this issue, and no one has demonstrated any concern for making this right. I also question why there are no cameras in the installation area. If work is being performed on customers' vehicles, why is there no video documentation to protect both the customer and the company in situations exactly like this? The most frustrating part is not just the damage itself it's the complete lack of accountability and customer service. I entrusted Safelite with a brand-new vehicle, and instead of standing behind the work performed by its technician, the company has ignored my concerns, failed to investigate, and repeatedly dismissed my calls and failed to to follow through as promised in 3 days. I expect Safelite to conduct a proper inspection, thoroughly investigate what occurred during the installation, and take responsibility the damage was caused while my vehicle was in your care. Customers deserve honesty, accountability, and follow-through not empty promises and automatic denials. I'm still waiting for a call back a month later. SAFELITE SURPRISE ON Dysart. Beware. DO NOT take your car here. They will not car for your vehicle and never take accountability for damage by their technicians.

I called Magic Windshields because they were close to my work. Magic Windshields opened early so I called them right when they opened. I spoke with Gracie who was very helpful and checked with the installers and manager to make sure they could get my windshield replaced before I left work. I needed to leave work by 2pm at the latest and she made sure it would happen. I was also informed the company was also a recommended shop by my insurance, so that was a nice bonus. Gracie told me they could get it done and come to my work to get it done before 1pm. Cristian, the installer called me about 10 minutes before he arrived and quickly replaced my windshield. I am extremely thankful they were able to help me out so quickly and get me back on the road. The interaction I had with both employees was very pleasant and professional and the install was great.

This cheap quality glass is easily chipped/cracked which might make you a repeat customer and costing more money.
