I took my truck here after a front end collision, it was kind of bad . A- OK hooked me up with a good price and great work.

Beware of the 5 star reviews! I had a terrible experience with this auto shop. There was a dent in…read morethe front bumper of my car and I decided to come to this shop due to the great reviews. I came the first time and asked for a quote to pop out the dent. The owner tells me $30, but they were booked for the day. I come again and they were booked again. I confirmed a second time on pricing and he says $30-$40. I come back the third time and he finally puts a mechanic to work on my car. After the job was complete, the owner asks me the price we agreed on and I told him $30. He goes into a crazy tantrum saying how he would never accept the job for so low and tried to charge me $80. I argued back saying how he told me twice $30 and we settled on $40 cash only. There was faulty airbag sensor found during the dent job, but after this experience, I decided to not continue with their services. The mechanic did a good job, but I would not come back.

It took around an hour for the install. They checked with me on position, etc,. I paid, they were very straightforward and honest with pricing. The 2nd time I stopped by was to get a grille guard installed. This time I left the truck due to Covid. Thank The Lord they are only 5 minute walk away from home. They called me I picked it, checked it and everything was GREAT. I even inquired about some possible minor body work (probably next year). I just scheduled another appointment to swap out the aftermarket boards for original OEM boards as well install of OEM cargo net on the back door. I am looking forward to it, been a long time coming!

I'm honestly surprised by how good of a rating this shop has…read more I took my car in to get it looked at for some suspension noise. When I came back the next day, all the owner wanted to sell me on was needing my brakes done, and he insisted that my brakes were the only noise. I took the car home, and tested this out, just pressing down on the body to see if I could hear the noise, and I did, so I took the car back. This time he said he wouldn't let one of his techs drive the car because my plates were expired - even though I've never had a shop decline work for this before, I figured that was fair, I could drive the car while his tech listened for what I was hearing. He instead pivoted to wanting to charge me $600 to clear my check engine codes. Not FIX the check engine issue - just clear the codes. Of course, he pretended like he was just going to do some magic trick to get my car passing emissions, but it was very clear he was just talking about resetting the codes. In the middle of this conversation, I also saw him directly try to steal from a customer. There was a customer who came in to return a part. It was clear that there was a phone conversation had ahead of time, and an agreed upon price, and there was definitely some tension between these two, as well - seemed like the customer wasn't exactly happy with the owner. The owner counted out the cash to return to the customer, and then started arguing with the customer for a bit, while discretely folding the cash and putting it in his pocket. While the owner was being nice the entire time, he did try ending the conversation, until the customer had to directly ask for his money again, while the owner basically went "oh silly me, I put it in my pocket and forgot!" Long story short, everyone else seems to have had a great experience here, but I basically had 3 super scammy experiences within one visit.

My family has been taking their vehicles here for years. I live relatively far from this location,…read morehowever just recently I was trying to be handy and fix my dad's honda pilot. It had service engine light on, took it to a parts shop, they told me it was the O2 sensor. Pretty easy and accessible, however when i tried to remove it, it was stuck and nearly impossible to remove, I had already ran the new sensor to where I needed to replace and just needed to take out old and put in new. Took it to Collision Experts and one of the guys quickly lifted the car, removed the old sensor plugged the new one. When i asked how much, he simply stated, to give him for some coffee. Gave him a nice tip though. Few weeks later My honda pilot had the service engine on. Again went to parts store and they stated it was a sensor located inside the transmission and I had to literally open the transmission up to fix. First thought was to take it to Collision experts, a gentleman took my car and after looking over it stated that sometimes cleaning some of the plug ins that go to the sensor help. It is not always the sensor but the wires. So insisted to try that first, and POOF, light came off. I appreciate the honesty, and I gave them more business, had them change my brakes and replace battery.
