I was able to get an appointment within two days. The Service tech Dale came out and identified the problem right away and was able to fix it quickly. He tightened up a wire in my breaker box and replaced two outlets. I was very pleased. I would highly recommend them. It was $150 for the service call and three dollars for the parts. Which I think the $150 is pretty standard in the industry unless you have a Duke energy program which I do not.

Since then, we have had them do service on an AC outage from a 2 year old unit on the other side of the house, and we found a sloppily spliced wire which should have been replaced by that other company when that installation was done 2 years ago!
