I would not recommend Waters Edge Pool Service based on my experience. On two separate visits the technician left my pool system in service mode, which disabled my ability to control the equipment. Both times I came home to find the system not running correctly and had to personally go under the house to reset everything myself because I could not reach anyone from the company. During one of those visits the equipment access door was also left loose and hanging by a single screw, which I had to fix. In addition, on a few occasions after the pool was cleaned, the water started turning green again within a few days. When I tried to reach someone from the company to address it, I was unable to get anyone on the phone. When I raised these issues with the company via text, they disputed what happened instead of taking responsibility. After multiple problems and having to fix the issues myself twice, I ended the service. read more

Started off strong (helped us update the pump, the chlorinator and missing pool tiles), but ghosted us in April 2026. The last month of service that we received was terrible. A Recap of the last 3 visits: April Week 1 - Didn't show and when we texted to follow up said they sent out an email (they did not), they had an emergency and would be by the next day - they came +48 hours later April Week 2 - Then came 3 days later for next week's service. Pool was fine due to short turn around. Put no chemicals in and disconnected the chlorinator. We didn't see it was disconnected until it was way too late. April Week 3 - 9 days later the pool is green, they have no showed and the phone number is disconnected. At this point we tried reaching out multiple times via text, calls and email with no response. I reached out to the company they use to send service summaries, they said they had the same contact info and were also getting disconnected/no response. We are moving and selling the house. Certainly not recommending them to the next owner if they are still even in business. read more

They have been servicing my pool for about 5 months and recently it's been turning green. I have been communicating with them to try to get it resolved but it's still green. I had another pool company come look at my pool and they said there was absolutely no chlorine in my pool so no wonder it's green. I canceled my service and asked for a refund but they are ignoring my messages. After reading the other reviews...that's what they do. I paid $600 to have them reopen my pool, we never got all the algae out of my pool, and then my hoses broke and I ordered what they suggested and they were going to install them, but I never heard back for weeks, I was even blocked for a few days and then I finally got a cancelled invoice and a message saying they would no longer service me. Very unprofessional and they could have communicated much better. I would not have paid the $600 as my pool never was restored and I was ignored. While paying the monthly fee as well. read more

Terrible company. Does not answer phone calls or texts and have been leaving our pool green the past two weeks which has caused our 5 star Airbnb to have a few negative reviews due to the dirty pool that they did not resolve. I am extremely disappointed since we have been trying to make it work with them being loyal customers for almost two years. Very sad to know this is how they treat their customers. read more

I hired Water's Edcge Pool Service to install a metered Jacuzzi pool pump, which they did. I do not recommend this company at all. As soon as the work is completed they will ignore all your calls, texts or efforts to communicate with them. I needed them to come back but that proved impossible due to total lack of communication on their part. I noticed that one other reviewer had the same isue with them that I did. You have been warned. Avoid this company at all costs! I found this company when they installed my new pool pump. I switched to their company and within a few months the flow on my pool was off - and it never looked really clean. This pi$$poor company claimed the issue was not their service but the breakers powering the pump. After an expensive check, I was told the breakers were fine. THE PROBLEM WAS THIS COMPANY! THEY WERE NOT BOTHERING TO CLEAN THE FILTER!!!. Had not done it in months apparently and the moment my new company came out - they saw immediately that was the case. If you want lazy, incompetent, excuse makers these are your folks. I can't believe all this extra hassle, 2 different electrical assessments, all saying the same and hiring a new company who confirmed in 2 seconds what this poor excuse, corner cutting business refused to admit. read more

I was impressed on how efficient they were for the first visit. It was a hurricane clean up and they came the same day and charged $100 for that cleaning. However, even though I purchased a new vacuum, it was not moving, not sure what the problem was. I called several times and left messages, but no response.
