I then got no less than 10 phone calls saying "please give us a call so we can talk about your situation. Some called more than once. Lakeland Heating and Cooling (Jason) was nothing like that... $1270 flat rate to replace the water heater. Yes, thats how he replied in his email.. as I requested. I've had a problem with at least one vent sweating profusely during hot, humid weather. I had multiple HVAC companies turn me down to even come look at it. I finally got a HVAC company company to come out to my house, but they didn't listen to my suggestions or concerns, and instead charged me $89 to tell me "the sweating vent you have is probably caused by your filter". Spoiler alert: it wasn't. Whereas, Tamar listened to what I asked, solved the problem, and offered helpful suggestions. They are my new go-to HVAC guys!

The unit is on the roof of my condo, so they had to haul it up a ladder through a latch. Rigo and Jose were the two gentleman who did the installation and they were both fantastic. They were incredibly friendly, and got right to business. They were both consummate professionals, and I am very thankful they were able to help me. Naim(?) was super patient and kind with me as I asked a ton of questions to understand the situation - he had the same amount of patience when he came out to assess my broken furnace too!
