Truthfully, I'm a bit nervous as this is my first time having my laundry picked up and serviced, but everyone I've spoken with has been very kind and reassuring! I've been told by Eric, who picked up my items, that my laundry will be returned around 6 pm or 7 pm today and they'll text me when they're on the way. At night, this area could feel a little sketchy but if you keep to yourself, no one will really bother you. They also have an option to pay for your wash digitally so you can see how much time is left on your wash and the machine locks once it starts washing/drying your clothes. You need approximately 30 minutes per washer and dryer. Don't do what I did and think 5 minutes of drying time was enough for a load of clothes. Just pay for 30 minutes of dry time so you're not stuck paying every 10 minutes. There is no bathroom in the facility but there is staff on hand for security/assistance and you can also convert your cash to coins. Parking: plaza parking Recommendations: Pay by phone so you can see how much time you have left on your wash and I could see the pin ball machine being awesome to play in the summer since it blows cool air when you play it.

I wound up doing a regular load for clothes and a large load for 2 blankets, the prices were decent for both. There is a wall of 2 levels of dryers on the right and they are pretty big. I put both loads of wash into 1 dryer and it worked fine. I think it cost about $2.50 to dry a load, but it actually dried the clothes and blankets with just one cycle. I didn't have to keep adding money to squeeze a few more minutes out of the dryer. Happy to return.

With a little couch, rug, tv, magnetic letters, books and the little drop in your quarter game machine. Washing Machines from 2 Load machines to 8 Load machines. Dryers from 20 lb to 80 lb dryers. I saw 4 different sized rolling carts too. The Machines accept coins, laundry cards or debit cards. Download the app and take care of it all from there. You get notified if someone opens your machine, when it finishes and how long it will be. They have a vending machine in 3 sections (snacks, laundry cleaning things, drinks). I enjoyed doing laundry here, I had fun, so enjoyable spending time with my kids here, while my son did his laundry. If your are near Tropicana and Pecos, they are behind Walmart. While I did not walk in with anything but my SERVICE DOG, As I wanted to just make sure first, the attendant turned me away saying that "no dogs" were allowed. I understand this rule. I own a business and formerly owned a restaurant. So I understand how people take advantage of this. But my dog is a trained service dog. In a marked vest. Clearly a working dog. When I expressed that my dog was a service dog, I was still turned away. Legally this is unacceptable. Needless to say. I will not be back. It's unfortunate as it is clean and seems to be well maintained.
