So I get to the laundromat and I back in close to the door figure I'll go in and get the lay of the land before hauling all my laundry in. I go in and Danielle is sitting at the counter and she greets me and I walk in look around, not much has changed in 30 years lol. I noticed some washers in a row and go back to my car and start hauling in all my bags of laundry. I wash and dry and actually have not a too bad experience. Danielle helped me when the washer timed out before I started it and I thought it had taken my money but nope Danielle came to the rescue and started it right up. So if your ever in need of a laundromat please go to this one! I will definitely be back when I need to wash my big comforters!! She explained how the machines worked. It's cashless. You purchase a card from the machine and use it on the washer and dryers. They also have laundry soap and dryer sheets for sale. They also have a wash and fold service for those who don't have time to stay and wash their clothes. There is a lot of parking, but it's in a busy strip type mall area with a LaBonita grocery store next door. They have ample laundry carts available to help get your laundry in and out of your vehicle. Pricing was a little high, we paid $11 for the larger machine and dryers are I believe $.25 for 4 minutes. The facility is clean, you feel safe and lots of machines. We'll definitely return the next time we need to use the facility.

She responded by screaming at me and calling me obscenities. I informed the employee on duty, who clearly did not care at all. To make things worse, a homeless man then came in with a dog and started yelling at the staff because he couldn't access the restroom without money on his card. This place desperately needs better management--and honestly, security. As a paying customer, there's a basic level of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism that should be expected. I won't be back.

She asked if I had a business account or JUST a regular , As if being a regular isn't important enough. Ultimately they don't can't care about following the pick up schedule, their online platform somehow doesn't communicate with their phone line , office or drivers. Very nice rolling carts that go in and out easily. The one big negative for me is that the dryers only run 10 minutes at a time so I had to stand there to restart it every 10 minutes for 0.35 cents every time. I would rather pay a bit more and have them dry for longer. There could be an easy fix to this but I wasn't able to figure it out on my first day. Will be returning!
