I went there tonight because I was having back pain from over doing it yesterday. I'm an over the road truck driver so driving all day didn't help me. With a last minute call they took me right in. The deep tissue was the very best massage I have had. I had a strain on my neck. I didn't communicate that with the person. She worked that pressure and everything else that was hurting that I was unaware of! I felt like a spring chicken afterward. I've had great experiences with this chain in the past, but this time was a bummer. The massage was still great, and as far as skill level goes, my massage therapist was great. However, when I literally am paying you to relax for 55 minutes, I want 55 minutes of silence and to feel relaxed. My therapist was yelling over the wall at another therapist in a different language. It sounded like an argument but who knows?! The room was cold, the bell on the door kept dinging due to the wind blowing. Noise level is VERY loud at this location. The walls do not go to the ceiling. If someone uses the toilet, you hear it flush. Wash their hands? You hear it. It's just annoying. Also, I want to be asked any time my hair is actually fixed if I want a scalp massage. I do not want oil in my hair when I have other places to go. read more

I booked an 8 pm massage online and confirmed it by telephone. Drove to the area downtown an hour and a half early to be on time. When I got there the therapist communicated that someone had been waiting for half an hour and she was the only therapist. She conveyed that I would have to go somewhere else. I called the main number and was told I would have to travel 20 mins to another location( they have several in Memphis). I refused and will not go to this chain again. If I could give this 0 stars I would ... hopefully that conveys how horrible of an experience it was. Called to make an appt for a couples massage at 5pm. Let's start off with the fact the "couples massage" was in separate rooms. I laid on the table for an hour and 10 min and no one ever came into my room. My boyfriend got his massage but needless to say, after an hour of waiting, I got dressed and walked out. Maybe they give a good massage but somehow I highly doubt it given the way they operate their business. On top of it, the owner didn't comp the one massage that was actually received, just gave a discount. Unreal. I have came to this place at downtown location on Union Ave. to get foot massage. I really had a great experiences so decide to come back and bring a friend. Plus I have refer several others. This time both my friend and I received full body massage. The massage was great and no wait time just a little to much talking from staff during massage. When we got ready to pay is when things got VERY RUDE!! Just got the most terrible massage ever. We got a text telling us they were ready for us and no one was even there when we arrived. We waited over 30 minutes. Once they started they kept stopping to answer the door. When I went to pay, she charged me $10 over what it was clearly PRINTED on the price list. When I went to leave after arguing about the correct change, the lady got loud about not getting a 20% tip while another couple was sitting there waiting on their massage.
