I was in a car accident Jan 2021 and began having lower left sided back pain. After a month of complaining my fiancé booked a couples massage that dissolved the back pain until recently, so that's a long time! I walked in to get the 30min Signature Table Massage but after discussing my needs as far as my back the Royal Thai Massage was recommended for the Thai stretch and let me tell you it was AMAZING! My bones were popping so much it was embarrassing. Hot oil and stones were also used. While I was getting dressed I noticed bars on the ceiling (pic included) which I can only hope are used when they walk on your back!! Will I return? Absolutely! I want someone to walk on my back! Professional service here is not too bad. but the attitude of taking money from customers is rude & cheating. I charged 2 people full service $160 (give 200, pay 40) but maybe they think I'm not fluent in English, they said thank you, and didn't give us $40, when I tried to ask I gave them all the money back, they rummaged through the cash and gave me only $24, they even said we ran out of cash. So I'm sorry I got out of here, got $16 stolen. It's rude and doesn't take the service industry or the business very seriously. hope they should know respect for customers and business, that be honest with money fair with each other. Ive been to this location a few times and was always pleased. Made an appointment for 5pm today with my husband, arrived on time to a packed lobby of walk-ins. The woman turned us away and asked us to go to Germantown. Which seemed pretty crappy, since we had taken the time to book an appointment. Stopped by recently to take a break during all my holiday errands and got the 30 minute reflexology treatment, The treatment is done in pleather loungers than convert into massage tables. While my feet were soaking in warm water my scalp, face, neck, arms and hands were massaged. At the end of the treatment I felt soooo relaxed. The atmosphere is dim and quiet , really adds to the relaxation! A lot of massage therapists try to engage in small talk an there's none of that here. I roll be back again soon! read more

I was left exposed on a table while people peeked in and out of my room, the massage therapist texted (I asked if he was taking photos which he denied) and kept walking back to reception to talk to customers. I've never felt more exposed or disgusting in my life. When he left the curtained room for the third time, I grabbed the towels to cover myself and told him I was leaving. I'm now sitting on the curb crying while I try to collect myself. Go to a real massage place with doors and actual masseuse who doesn't use multiple cell phones while you're half-naked on a table. I have become a regular customer with this company. I had finally found a massage therapist that is GREAT and I trust so I stick with them. So I was sad to find out that my regular therapist had moved away and I really needed a massage... low and behold I was introduced to "Anna". Now I will tell you, she had some pretty big shoes to fill because I was very happy with my regular therapist. I want to say I now refer to her as "Amazing Anna"... I was so lucky to find her. She truly is a professional in her field of expertise. By far one of the absolute best massages I have ever had in my life!!! I don't know how she does it but without me telling her the problem area in my back she found it and made it disappear. This woman is no regular woman... she is a "MASSAGE NINJA"!!! So I made an appointment here for a 30 minute massage. When I arrived they tried to put me in a room with someone else. Then the room they put me in did not have heat. It is 37 degrees today. There was no table warmer or room heater. Then...after the massage began, she left the room twice to talk to someone and talked through the curtain (no doors here) to someone at least four other times. Once, another male customer came to the curtain to talk to the massage person. Really? Absolutely NO privacy. If you are looking to get the kinks out for a little cheaper, this is your place. Worst experience I've ever had at a massage place. BFF and I went together to destress. My therapist walked away in middle of massage to go talk with whom I'm assuming is her colleague. I was in shock because you can hear everything in this place. Then later, a disgruntled customer came in and she left AGAIN to take care of that which was literally about 6-7 minutes! I was so upset and would have walked out if my BFF wasn't there. Her therapist didn't skip a beat. The entire second half of my hour long massage was listening to other customers loudly arguing. I would have given this place 5 stars right up until the point where we paid. The massage was amazing- so so wonderful. Everything me and my husband needed. They were attentive to how much pressure we wanted and were very kind. Me and my husband lived in China for 4 years and got Chinese massages regularly. I can tell you this is definitely a traditional Chinese massage. It was great! One thing about Chinese culture is that they do not accept tips, however this is America and they do here. Me and my husband gladly added $5 extra as a tip to each of our massages. The woman complained about our tip amount in a Chinese whiny way they do. We are used to hearing this. We told her $5 is all we had in cash and that it was enough. She continued to complain a couple more times before we left. Went to this place today with my brother whose been having some leg and back pain....I wanted to treat him to a massage and I got a foot massage. There was a horrible language barrier. They couldn't understand English and no one there seemed to speak English at all. So it took a while for us to even convey what services we wanted and how long. I had an appointment for the both of us...they went ahead and took my brother to the back but told me it would be a 20 minute wait. After some time a guy shows who could speak better English and he did my foot massage. It was ok but he seemed flustered bc he couldn't find simple stuff like the massage lotion and towels. He used toilet tissue to cover the face opening of the massage chair so I could lay on my stomach while he massaged my back. Afterward I tipped them $5 for both of our services bc I wasn't really satisfied. The Asian lady that massaged my bro didn't like the tip and kept insisting that I tip more. She even went and found a sign that asks u to tip 15% and said that the $5 was for my masseuse....not her. By this time I was hysterically laughing bc I've never had anyone to try and tell me to tip them more. My brother handed her a few dollars and we left. I wouldn't go back ever and wouldn't recommend them. They didn't know what we wanted...they couldn't understand anything we were saying. The massage was pretty good except for the fact that the masseuses (we got a couples massage) kept leaving the room and answering the phone. Not to mention they were speaking a different language amongst each other while giving us our "relaxing massage". To cap it all off the lady who gave the massage checked me out when we were leaving and swindled me out of like $24 bucks saying that the other amount posted was for her boss and the "tip" was for her. I pre-scheduled an appointment for 1:00 on a slow Monday afternoon. Upon arrival, there were no customers in the entire place and only one employee who informed me it would be 20 more minutes before they could see me. BTW, no one speaks English at all. 30 minutes later, I finally meet my masseuse (a male), while specifically requesting a female when booking my appointment online. No water was offered before or after the session and when I went to check out, the masseuse pointed his finger at the 15% tip as if it were required. I was already tipping him, but due to the long wait and loss of work hours, I felt my 10% was fair. When I asked him if this was a required minimum tip (which tips aren't required by law), he said that's fine and walked off griping in Chinese (I would assume) to another employee. No "thank you" or "come again" mentioned. I showed myself out. Will never go back to this location again. read more
