I called about a 1/2 hour before heading in and they had an opening, yay! The massages are given in one open area and are done while you remain fully clothed. I choose the hour long foot massage which actually treats most of the body but just gives lots of special attention to the feet, ahhhh! When it was my turn I was directed to a comfy chair that looks like a traditional recliner only its flat on the floor. A large bucket of tea was brought out to soak my feet in while my face, scalp, neck, shoulders and arms were massaged - be warned the tea is HOT! After 15 minutes my feet were removed from the tea, dried and massaged for a blissful 30 minutes. After this I was directed to flip over, the chair was fully reclined and my back was massaged. When it was all over I felt amazing and only spent $39, plus tip. The foot massage itself was incredibly soothing but the other parts not so much, this is not a complaint on my end though. The other body parts focused more of on pressure point / deep tissue massage. There was very little interaction between me and my therapist yet he was able to find my knots and work them out, this was at times uncomfortable but that's what a good massage is all about. I love the fact that besides people coming or going it was very quiet during the massage. This place is efficient, affordable and will have you walking out feeling better than when you walked in!

It's sad that they couldn't even tell us what was going on and why we waited so long . We're sorry we wasted so much time waiting honestly. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS AWFUL BUSINESS.

After seeking medical help, tried home remedies and even thinking about voodoo, I decided to give massage a try first. Opulence is in a office building and from the outside doesn't look like much. The room has a massage table in the middle with a little chair and table for personal items and to help change out of clothes. Dee cares about your comfort while still providing an excellent massage. I had booked a massage and a facial. I was booked with Amber first who came out before I finished my paperwork. Waited patiently. The room and music was part of this wonderful experience. Why didn't I do this before? I don't know but I should have 30 years ago when I was a ER nurse. It would have been a great addition for the sore body I endured for 40 years. They even had a master list & were able to look up my gift card with my name & information. I still have the actual gift card- which AGAIN HAS NO EXPIRATION DATE LISTED. I think it is RIDICULOUS to not honor this gift card! I won't recommend this spa to anyone. Their employees are not friendly and the management is TERRIBLE! They didn't have a problem taking my cash for the card- but can't honor it now? THIS IS THEFT! They stole $75 from me and I will be reporting them to the BBB & leaving negative reviews on every platform until my gift card is honored. PLEASE DO NOT GET SCAMMED FROM SPA COLLIERVILLE LIKE I DID. Do not purchase gift cards or ANY services from Spa Collierville! They will not honor gift cards and make up that they have expiration dates. SCAMMERS! THIEVES!! LIARS!! UPDATE: Company responded with a false allegations that I was disruptive in their clinic- but when asked for video evidence they could not prove it. So they also tried to slander me and have opened themselves up for legal consequences . Admit you are scam artist and liars. Don't you dare tell me I was rude or disruptive because I wasn't. Be careful because I would win in a civil suit . make sure you stay the facts and not more lies and BS . You still have time to make it right and I will correct my reviews and revise my complaint. I just want products what my card was purchased for. You obviously can't refund my credit card because it is expired. That was foolish to offer since we both know that can't be done. I am willing to buy product and spend extra $ if you honor the card
