She asked if I was wanting to book appts at the same time, to which I answered yes, I then told her what we were looking for (deep tissue for him and not so deep maybe hot stones for me). Was told they dont have availability at the same time but could do back to back. NO DATE WAS GIVEN!!! I asked if she could CALL me so we could look at the schedules and was told no. She never asked when I would like to come in or offered that maybe they could do same time appts in the future. JUST SIMPLY DID NOT WANT TO BOOK APPTS FOR 2 PEOPLE WITH 2 DIFFERENT THERAPISTS. I would NOT recommend wasting your time to try to make an appt

Do not attend this business!!…read more If I could give a ZERO review, I would! This place is shady with their price sign written on a carton board. They have been in this building for over 2 years. I've drove before many times on my way to Kroger. I tried to get a 30 minute massage ($40) while my regular therapist was out of town. (Never been to this place, but my neck was full of knots) So, I decided to give it a try. I walked in, read their sign, and asked for the 30 minute massage. The girl up front said they were only taking cash cause the CC machine was out. Told her I had cash to cover it. She wanted me to pay upfront. I was already having doubts, I preceded to give her my $40 and then she said I had to pause her an extra $20. At this point I asked her why. She simply replied I had to give her tip. I explained to her that was not how it works. That tip is a choice, and given after rendering a service. She kept insisting that that is how much I had to give her. HAD to give her. I took my $40 back and walked out. Will never step inside this business again!

After service, the massage was ok, so I entered $25 for the tip. The last stopped me and asked if I could give more tip. Which is shocking because $25 on $130 is a decent tip. So I went back and removed $10 and only left $15. I told her it was rude to ask for more tip, and for that reason I will leave less. Her and the other gentleman proceeded to argue with me. He told me I was rude, and that he always receives a $20 tip for $65 service. Won't be going back.
