First he stated he was done with Groupons for the day. But then he asked was I coming alone, I stated yes, so he fit me in within the hour. I told my husband I was skeptical but I went ahead and went because I'm extremely tensed and needed a massage. I arrived and he suggested I get their NEW percussion massage instead of the oxygen. He goes on to say that I get a hands on massage with "THEIR" massage therapists, along with the water massage. I took the offer (not knowing HE was the only one there and HE was the one administrating the massage). He walked me back to the room and told me to get undressed. I kept my underwear on because I was already uncomfortable by the way he kept called be "Beautiful" and "Queen". Once I laid on the table, he came in the room and seen my bra on, he stated, "You must don't get these kind of massages often" and proceeded to unfasten my bra.I continued to let him self incriminate himself and see how far he was going to go. Started the massage. And the "TOOL" is a vibrating tool. At this point, I'm extremely uncomfortable. He proceeded to ask me did I ever do sports in school. I told he no. HE PROCEEDED TO SAY SO YOU'RE JUST NATURALLY THIS THICK THEN.......................................... At this point I'm just........THROWN!!! I WAS READY TO GO!! But with this being a black business (which I didn't know of before going) I knew I wouldn't have gotten my money back for being unhappy with the service. He felt the need to touch me on my sides every turn I made throughout the rooms. By the time I started the water massage, my mind was absent from relaxation and I was just laying there with my eyes open ready for 20 minutes to pass and was hoping that he shorted me by 10! At this point I'm sure he realized that I was not happy so he offered me the oxygen anyway FOR FREE!! He hooked me up to the machine and left the building for about 5 minutes. I WAS THERE ALONE! Needless to say, I felt very violated, uncomfortable, and disrespected as a customer and a wife to my husband. I was not able to relax not one second while being there and I'm STILL just as tensed as I was before I went, if not more. I looked up the company to see if I can get in contact with customer care, and lo and behold, HE was the OWNER!!! I'm very dissatisfied. First timer! I've never even heard of an oxygen bar before coming here. It's located downtown so the drive was kind of a way. The owner made us feel beyond welcomed and comfortable. The water massage was one of the best massages I've ever experienced! I've been feeling a little sick lately, so I chose eucalyptus as the "flavor" when we got to the oxygen part and so far, I've felt 10,000 times better! We walked 20 mins to get here and doors locked no lights on so I called number on door & they said appointment only & they have no appointments available for today?? This makes no sense to me since there is no one here so they have appointments open they just chose not to work today apparently so do not come here unless you call and then you have to schedule an appointment she said she might have one tomorrow but we're in the area today after walking 20 minutes and no service I would not recommend this place to anyone any place like this in a tourist area should be open at least half a day if not 8 to 5! read more

This establishment operates at their convenience and not yours. I unfortunately bought a Groupon to go check this place out and was very excited because it is close to my office. I tried to call and book an appointment but got an answering machine; left a message and never heard from them. I drove past a couple of times during the day and their lights were off, doors locked. It's unfortunate because I probably would have been a great customer. I instead ended up getting a refund for the Groupon and using the money to buy new shoes. read more

I received a Gift Certificate for this place for my birthday and I absolutely loved it. The man at the front was very pleasant. Upon entering the facility, it smells absolutely amazing. I received the vanilla and lavender oxygen. He was very informative about the products and very hands on how to consume the oxygen. I also did the Massage table, it was absolutely PHENOMENAL.
