I must say, I truly had an awesome experience! My hubby surprised me for my birthday and I must say I was blown away by the level of details and thoughtfulness that went into my visit. We had the full birthday package. I started in the changing area just before going into the chair massage area. The massage lasted about 15 minutes and it definitely set the tone for the rest of the experience! The next step was the hydrating shower. We had the option to shower together or separately. It is extremely steamy, so if you don't enjoy being hot I would suggest showering alone. Next up was the full body massage! I had a very much needed and relaxing experience. My massage tech really paid attention to my problem areas and made me feel at ease (I fell asleep,lol) and he for sure worked out the kinks. After the massage they gave us a few moments to center ourselves and then prepare for the next step. The hot tub room! Oh my it was so nice! We had complimentary sparkling juice waiting for us, a calming aroma of essential oils, and a 15-25 minute hot tub experience. After that, we got dressed and headed to the restaurant, Recline & Dine. May I add that you can eat there without getting the massage experience from Bowtie. The food there was delicious! I had the oxtails and grits and must I say they were some of the most tender, well seasoned oxtails I have had. The appetizers were good as well. My entire experience was exceptional. When I first stepped through the door I felt extremely comfortable and relaxed due all the calming colors. Once I was greeted and filled out the form for any special requests I was taken to the chair massage room. I was placed in a special massage chair which was awesome . I wish I could afford a chair such as this in my home. It wraps around your entire body including your feet . I was so relaxed that I fell asleep . Once was in the chair for around 15 minutes my massage therapist came to start my 60 minutes massage. The room was larger than most massage places I have visited. The atmosphere was calm, relaxing and comfortable. My massage therapist name was Loretta; she was so good I placed an appointment on June 10th for my next massage. Okayyyy so the first time we went, someone had hit a pole in the neighborhood and knocked out the power so some services were not available. The staff was really nice, offered a discount and more and we were able to reschedule for a later date. Guys, my boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience. I reserved the birthday #1 special for him (us). It included a chair massage, table massage, vitamin c steam shower and hot tub session. Aromatherapy is like everywhere so it smells great all through the place. On top of that, you get $30pp for food in the restaurant next door. He also got gifts for his birthday that included a balloon, a dog tag with his zodiac sign, truffles, chocolate covered strawberries, a picture and sign that they created for me and a free dessert at the restaurant. I truly recommend this place. I was gifted the Bliss Massage Package for my birthday and i was worth the cost! The vibe and ambiance of this place is very nice. They staff were also nice but failed to keep their Mask over their mouths. It wasn't really an issue with me because i made sure to keep mine on. Anyway, i started off by being assigned a locker to keep my things while i go through my massage. I first enjoyed the 15 massage chair! It massaged my legs and arms too! The room where the massage chairs was nice. The air was filled with eucalyptus and oils. It was very refreshing. After that, i was taken back to massage room where i got a 1.5hr massage. I also got the hot stones and a facial! My therapist was very good and made sure i was comfortable at all times. When i first started my massage, i asked my therapist to turn the music up because you could hear the noise outside the room and coming from the front. She had no problem turning it up but then the CD playing began skipping quite often throughout the massage but again, it was not a huge problem just kinda threw off the vibe. After the great massage, i was taken back to the jetted showers where i got a 10 min rinse! It was heavenly! The steam and the smell of the aromas was just a perfect mixture. Afterwards i was taken to the jacuzzi. I was kinda hesitant because it was Covid but i did get it by myself. I was naked so i sure hope they sanitized after me or anyone at that matter. Lastly, my package came with a $30 meal from their restaurant that is called Recline and Dine! I had also seen this restaurant on Yelp but had no clue it was apart of the massage place! BEWARE OF HIDDEN FEES!!! This one star is SOLELY based on the false advertisement on the company's website. They have specials listed for a certain price, but once you attempt to make reservations, they inform you of hidden fees. In the form of AUTOMATIC GRATUITY. Example: Online, they have a service called "Pamper Me" listed at $259. But really, the package actually comes out to $298, once they add the automatic gratuity. Once you explain to them that they cannot add charges that are not plainly expressed in writing where they advertise prices, I was told "oh, it's there" and had an employee confirm that it isn't in fact outlined on their website. I was offered no remedy, other than "it'll be updated" so great deal. Just know that the price you see online (even though already high asf) will increase by AUTOMATIC GRATUITY when you reserve. read more

I went recently for my birthday (01/12) and I booked a 90 min massage. I waited for almost 20 minutes before being called back and that's because the staff was confused for some odd reason. What a relief to find a spa to go to. My best friend came to town, and I planned activities for us which included spa treatments in Hot Springs or Little Rock. Neither area had any openings. It was disappointing, but it worked out. Bow Tie had the option of birthday items to be included; however, the hot tub wasn't available, therefore, they changed the package and added the birthday items for an additional fee. They worked it up within a day and they were good about following up. We both enjoyed our treatment except for the massage chair, which was uncomfortable. They don't make sure you are situated properly in the chairs before turning them on. Once it starts, it is hard to reposition yourself; no one comes to check on you until the end. The staff at Bow Tie was great. We had no complaints about anything. We were given vouchers to dine. They were out of some food items, but we found something we liked on the menu. On my next visit, I plan to have a longer message and just leave the pressure chair for others. read more

I've been to Bow tie before two or so years ago and had really good service HOWEVER this time was horrible! My husband booked a massage for me and when I got there The place smelled horrible LITERALLY LIKE OLD COOKING GREASE AND 50 YEAR OLD CIGARETTES, the bathroom had no toilet paper, the room was set up for doubles but didn't have enough space for her to properly get around the tables, I wasn't asked what type of message I wanted the room was cold and there was a clicking I didn't know where it was coming from at the end of my service the receptionists didn't know what my package included I was left feeling wanting. Sadly won't be going there ever again, don't know what happened between my first time and now but they need to get it together. read more

Had a bestie date for my birthday. The chair massage was about 15 minutes and then we had a 45 min full body massage. My masseuse seemed to be in a rush, but the massage was good overall. Went here for a couples massage. We were escorted to a private area to take off shoes and put on socks then taken to the massage chairs (I now want a massage chair). There was alot of gimmicky stuff and very little massage. You start in a room with mall chairs and a-lot of loud side conversation. Then to the massage or you can say some rubbing then towels and rocks leave room for so long you wonder if they started someone else's massage. The towels and stones were on my back so long, they got cold and caused my back to knot up. Then the restaurant was nice but heavy push on spending more money. Once I corrected her on it she stated "I can't do anything about it now we've already ran your card." It was like she didn't even care SHE made a mistake. Once I scheduled the appointment the young lady over the phone stated they would use my gift card as the deposit ($50) and I was ok with that and so they called from an unknown number and I was headed to my appointment and they sent this text message :"Good Morning , This is Bowtie Massage we have been tying to reach you in regards to your appointment today. We are going to have to reschedule either for another day or later in the day today. " Concerned, I called immediately following ; however , no one was answering the phone. Then, finally after several attempts, I was able to reach someone and she put the owner on the phone by the name of Dominik who stated " it's not my fault I don't answer the phone in 2022 or emails, " and then told me they would require another $50 deposit to reschedule my appointment they cancelled because I didn't RECONFIRM a "confirmed" appointment! He never apologized or tried to make the situation right! So please go patonize other day spas in the city. I know their customer service is top tier and you will never have this type of experience. This past week I booked a Soothe 60 massage and my expectations were high. The receptionist Ajewel was extremely hospitable and worked eagerly to find an appointment time that works for my busy schedule. She really gave Bow tie a great first impression. Her professionalism and work ethic is unmatched. I arrived 15 mins late to my massage due to rain and traffic so I wasn't expecting to receive the full 60 minute massage service and I was okay with that. Upon arrival Katy was more than helpful getting me signed in and set up for my services right away. I was assigned to Dj for my massage services. When entering the room I noticed that the floors were dingy and not clean to my standards. There was trash on the floor and the room just look like it wasn't frequently cleaned and sanitized properly. Aside from that, my massage was great she hit all my focus areas and made me feel comfortable throughout this process. Despite me being late, she still gave me the full Soothe 60 which I really appreciated. Dj also relieved my upper back pain and had me walking out feeling better than when I arrived. On the behalf of the business, to say the least my experience was very mediocre, there was no wow factor or anything out of the ordinary. I would advise that they work with their cleaning team to make sure everything is cleaned thoroughly that would've made my experience exceptional. read more

All I can say is WOW! We received gift cards from our aunt for Bow Tie. We got the 30 minute chair massage that included dinner and everything was GREAT! That chair massage felt like magic-touching spots I didn't know a chair could touch! Then we went over to Recline and Dine. We both had salmon and boy was it tasty! The drinks were tasty as well. We walked in with no reservation or massage appt, simply went in for dinner. Ordered drinks & dinner. One steak, one loaded potato, and one butter potato took about 40 minutes. We ordered drinks about 10 minutes after we arrived & it took at least 20 mins for drinks, maybe more like 30. The ribeye steak came out & it was just... weird. Bizarre texture, not like beef for sure!!! It didn't look, smell, or taste like ANY ribeye I'd ever had. My friend was repulsed by the steak & at that point we were thankful we had potatoes to eat since both of us had skipped lunch. She asked for more toppings since her loaded potato came with not much in the way of toppings. Our margaritas were weak & flavorless- I think they totally forgot the tequila. The waiter came by to ask how the food was & my friend spoke up & said it wasn't good and the waiter said something to the effect like he knew & wasn't surprised at all!? I was thankful we split a steak bc I was already pissed we had to pay for this food. She originally wanted to treat me to dinner but I couldn't let her pay for this disaster called dinner. My husband brought the anniversary package for us. I was so excited......This is how they get you.... if you go to the package you will notice it's no specific time by anything it only say approximately 3 hours We arrived at 1145 filled out the forms....12:00 put items in the locker and a lady was explaining everything about our package and telling us why they keeps the keys at the front desk...blah blah blah. 12:10 went to the massage chairs that's not in a private room other people in there having a whole conversation and taking pictures ‍ about 12:20 they came and got us took us to the next room. 12:30 they started our Swedish massage by 1:00 it was over that included the foot scrub, hot stones, foot massage, a facial massage. Really?????30 mins?????And the massage was not pleasing at all. The top of my shoulders and neck is very sore. We also purchased the CBD oil for our massages don't waste your money. After that we showered and got in the Hot Tub about 1:10 they only give you 5 mins to wash the lotion and oils off before getting in the hot tub. By 130 the jets cut off and our time is up. We made it to the restaurant side by 145 and that was the end of anniversary package. So to sum it up 10 min chair massage 30 min table massage that hurt and a hour long lunch that's pretty much microwave food. I don't think it's worth $400. The only reason I put 2 stars because, they have it set up really nice and the front desk ladies were nice. But I did let them know it was pretty much a rush job. No I will NOT recommend Bow Tie! read more
