Prenatal Yoga w/ Emily Mulqueen…read more Going to prenatal yoga has been absolutely wonderful for my body and mind since I started going at about 18 weeks along. It's a low-impact fitness and helps you stay active during pregnancy. Emily leads the class and encourages everyone to move how they feel comfortable! She switches up the routine every class so it's never the same! I've enjoyed taking time away to focus on myself, my growing body, and my baby during these classes. Not to mention, the community of the class and being with other pregnant women in the area has cultivated a supportive environment where we can share our struggles, achievements, and our motivations throughout the pregnancy journey!

It's evident that Yoga is a lifestyle for the teachers here. It's been a great place for me to…read morelearn and deepen my practice. Everyone is very nice and I look forward to their workshops and special events.

This was a surprise visit for us.. We didn't know that Memphis had a handful of metaphysical…read morestores!!! This was one of our favorites all because we were greeted with warm welcomes and smiles. We bought many things to take home with us. Aside from the store, we met with Tanya for a Historical Haunt Tour... who went above and beyond and did a tour for us.... She brought the historical magick of Memphis just by being magickal herself and she definitely had an energy that was the exact same as ours.. We did the walk Ghost Tour, along with our first Memphis street car ride!! The shop will raise your energy levels!! Have a great time!

Kelly is a miracle worker who truly listens to what you and your body needs. I was fortunate enough…read moreto find her and make 4 appointments with her before we moved from Memphis. For the first time in over a year I finally had pain relief from my scoliosis and sciatica. I came in unable to do basic everyday movements such as driving a car or sitting for short periods of time. Within a week I was able to pick up my 11 month old again and hold him. I had the 60 minute cupping massage every two weeks, and if you are on the fence because of price don't be! What Kelly provides is worth every penny and then some so don't forget to tip! I am hoping to find someone half as good as her here in Atlanta but I am fearful I might not. If need be I will travel back to see her once a month because I won't go back to living the way I used to. Thank you Kelly for you healing hands and time.

Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! GO ELSEWHERE! The male masseuse practically ran out the door behind me…read moredemanding that I tip him an additional 30% gratuity for the 60 minute massage. After you pay, he has a sign BEHIND the price list with optional gratuity/tip up to 60% based on the duration of your chosen massage. It's not advertised and is a sign behind the price list most likely because it's ridiculous. I felt VERY UNSAFE as he made a condescending face at me and scowled after I paid for the services and tried to leave the counter after me towards the door. Be prepared for them to try and bully you and frown when you decline AFTER you've paid for your services. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL....AND if you pay by card they charge an additional $4 per transaction. Beware! Not to mention, the massage was rushed and VERY subpar. He was coughing and hacking in my ear throughout the entire massage like he was sick/under the weather...which is a health hazard...no mask...no washing of his hands or hand sanitizer in sight....and the place is not clean. There was dirt on the walls and the floor was dirty and I was the first massage of the day! Will NOT be returning! At least 6 times one of the other workers entered my room and carried on conversations with my masseuse while I was exposed. The walls are thin and you can hear conversations from other works and clients throughout your entire massage. The blankets were torn and used and there's only a thin curtain between the hallway and the rooms. This place should be shut down!! I'll need to check my transaction to make sure he didn't add his own tip to my debit card receipt seeing how desperate and rude he was! I hope this review helps someone!
