High price for installation of a stereo system only. The installer say has 35 years of experience and still he is a installer working for a small business after 35 years of installation. He likes to keep the price window open to charge you more even though he has 35 years of experience as he claims, he should know how long would it take to install a single system when he sees one. I took my system there and asked for the installation the owner is an Indian guy and he told me take my truck to back of the building so he's installer to see what would it take and how long. At first he said that he has to create a bracket to install a single din in a double area in the dashboard. I told him there is a single normal radio that he can pull and install the new one in it and there is no need to creat a bracket for it. There is a backup camera that came with the new system that need it to be installed that he asked for one hour labor charge for that which is way to long and he wanted to charge around $400.00 to install everything, I offered him $200.00 including the camera to be installed but he was just keeping the window open for charging me extra so I finally left and took my truck to a different place and installed everything including the adapter for the wiring at the price of $200.00. This guy was claiming that since the truck is a semi truck he should charge more so told hem the space and size of the truck has nothing to do with the wiring behind the stereo system but he didn't like it because he noticed that his not dealing with an idiot that would fall for his BS tactic of fooling people to empty their pockets. Before buying anything please read this review. I wish I had read reviews before going. We were at the flea market one day to waste some time and there was a car audio booth. We dealt with a man named Jose who was honest, kind and all around wonderful. However the 2 radios we wanted were not at the location and he said if we wanted them both at the same time go to their actual store during the week. So we went to this location. Jose was going to include everything the brackets, the harnesses that included the adaptors as well for $900 + tax. On the phone AJ said he would be picking up both radios and would honor that pricing. We arrived to discover he had lied. He did not have the 2 radios that we wanted and gave him the part number for but 2 cheaper radios that we weren't crazy about. We were under the impression (because he stated) that they were the same price. However he then says the price will be $1139 including tax. We just went with it, ignored all the red flags because we had been excited about this for over 1 week of back and forth with them. He's also impossible to get on the phone and it seems like no one else in the shop knows anything about anything. So I'd imagine hiring staff members that are knowledgeable would help that issue. Then within 24 hours we realized it actually came out to over $1300! I'm not sure where the lies stop with this business. Thankfully we did NOT pay cash for this and used ACIMA because I've used them in the past and had wonderful experiences of course as long as you pay before the 90 days. So we contacted Acima to process the return. They called me back today and said AJ claimed no return could be processed because the parts had been installed. He shamelessly lied to them because NOT a single thing was installed on our trucks. Within 15 minutes I sent photos to them of everything brand new as we got it in the boxes. This business is nothing but liars. We are business owners and I will not support a business ran by dishonesty. As I wouldn't expect people to do business with us if we lied. read more

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. They butchered my Jeeps wiring harness after asking him not to cut into anything installing an amp and speakers. There are direct connectors for this. He also butchered the sound bar to make speakers fit while using sheet rock screws to hold speakers in place. Again there are adapters he could have used. My system sounded horrible. In my opinion components used were outdated cheap parts that he over charged me for, and two weeks into it nothing works. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. Got a quote for window tint and sun roof tint on my Mini Cooper. Brought the car in they said about an hour...5 hours later they said it would be about 20 more minutes. When I arrived to get my car there was a large bubble on the side window, installer fixed it. I found a razor blade on top of the car and gave it to the installer. Later I realized the car was a mess, with water/tint glue stains/residue on the seats and door panels. As I was cleaning this up I found 2 more razor blades in the car (glad my grand kids did not find them). There also appeared to be a small tear, installer said it would dry and be fine. A week later you can still see the tear. There is also a blemish in the rear window. Almost 2 months later I just found another razor blade in the rear hatch tray. To cap it all off I was not told that they up charged for the used of a credit card 4%. I luckily had cash, but did not receive a receipt. Not sure I could prove I even had my tint done there. Do NOT use them for window tint!!!! read more

Stay away from this place!! Horrible install job and horrible customer service. Asked for the amps to be mounted and wires to be ran neat and professional for some amps I already had and they screwed the amps into my car instead of on a piece of wood or something! I went back and asked nicely if they could do a better job and the tech started cursing at me... the owner asked if i could bring the car back when his other tech gets back on the 5th but now the owner Singh is not answering any of my calls or texts. After taking my car to another car stereo place to have all the wiring re done i found several exposed wires and wires that weren't even going anywhere, that he just cut and left wrapped up in all this mess with the tie wrap. We got there for an estimate on window tinting the price was reasonable and when we asked to set up an appointment the guy told us he could do it now. So he took the car in back and we waited, after an hour I asked if it was done they said that it was in line and would be next. Forty minutes later they're finally working on it but that takes like an hour and a half when he told me no more than an hour. I had a worker who claimed to had 25 plus years of installing car systems...this particular worker messed up my jl audio W6v3d4 latest version and a monoblock kicker cx 1200.1 amp...He maxed out the volume and ran my woofer in a 2 ohm which he doubled the required minimum level.It says in the manual of JL audio not to go past 600 rms,yet this installer doubled the wattage..Basically he ruined my kicker monoblock along with my W6 and caused me about 1200 plus dollars down the drain...I'm very upset that the owner wasn't there to help me ...Dont go here. They have low skilled workers...They don't know anything about systems...The installer could have recommended the monoblock kicker cx 600 instead ....and ran the w6 in a 4 ohm pull ,by only using true 300 rms watts by safely staying below the 600 and 500 rms range which jl audio states in its Owners manual.....So yes the kicker cx 1200.1 was overkill,,unless if you have 2 set of speakers or two pairs of w6 12in subs....I think the owners name is Andy hes arabian or from middle Eastern roots....So dont visit this car audio shop unless you want your system broken... read more

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I have a lifetime warranty through these guys. And they have failed to strip my back window for my defroster and is bubbling real bad. I called to get it replaced and they are charging me 80 dollars for labor for one window. That makes no sense at all!!! If I have a warranty that means its covered. This place is such a RIP off and is ruined by a sketchy owner who trys to hustle you and is a very dishonest man. If you were wise I would not go here to this shop. When I got a quote of $225 for 2 speakers and and install of amp and Boom Box it seemed like a great deal. Said it would be done in 2 1/2 hours so since I live 30 minutes away I headed back up there 3 hours later and it was no where near ready. AN HOUR later I called and the guy said he had been trying to call me for two hours to say my amp was no good. I pointed out I was there only an hour earlier AND he did not mention this. Also I pointed out my cell phone had no record of his call. Finally 9 HOURS and 2 trips LATER I went to pick up my truck at closing time ( had to cancel my rodeo plans by then). When I arrived he said he threw away all the boxes and paperwork with my new speakers and amp. I suspected he gave me used equipment when he couldn't find them then had the nerve to tell me nobody usually asks for the box and paperwork/specs inside and they werent important. I opened up a similar amp from its box and the paperwork inside said I MUST KEEP the paperwork for the warranty. He also apparently mauled my original speakers when he removed them. Ultimately it did get put in correctly but I was unhappy that: 1-he destroyed my old , working speakers that he removed and expressed no remorse. I had promised those old speakers for my stepsons car, and was never told he would destroy them. 2-He either installed used equipment or stupidly threw away the box/paperwork and warranty. I have never heard of a place failing to give the box, papers and warranty with the installed merchaindise. 3- He promised the car in 2 1/2 hours and made me make 4 trips there and I NEVER drove up to find him working on it. He was always vaping or chatting on his cellphone. Perhaps he was intentionally 'riding the clock" and being paid hourly. So now I'm out 6 extra hours, $10 in gas, $100 extra dollars, and he destroyed perfectly good stock 6x9 speakers. I probably should have gone to a more professional place and paid a little more. After my experience and reading the other reviews I have no doubt that if I have problems there will be ZERO service after the sale. Owner is nice when getting the quote but get everything in writing and if you must go here, insist on watching installer put it in as the installer is dishonest and unprofessional. read more

They use crap hardware so your sound is garbage, with engine noise. They bump the price half way through installation. They don't do the work they agreed to do at the beginning. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Paid $600 for dual Audiovox DVD monitors. Installation took the entire day and still wasn't done right. Headrests were so wobbly, they tipped over if you looked at them. Wiring wasn't ran correctly and ran outside the metal in my back seats. Back plastic seat covers were not put back on correctly and they had no idea how to put them back on. They did such an unprofessional job, I'm not sure how they are still in business. Way overpriced, inexperienced installers, crappy customer service, want $$ to replace warrantied items. Took our truck there to have an audio system and car alarm installed. Given a quote for the work and a 2 day estimate to get it done, by AJ. So, they kept it 4 days on our first visit and didn't get all the work done, plus there were some air gaps in the custom box they built and it's also rubbing against the drivers seat. Second visit they said they'd finish up and, guess what, they didn't! Third visit was on a Saturday...they kept it all day and STILL haven't got the remote start on the alarm hooked up and didn't install the dynamat in the correct location. Marcel sold me a real pack of crap. First he sold me a car stereo that turned out NOT to be the one I purchased and paid for...some cheaper knock off. When called on it...he laughed and then had his installer switch it out. THEN, sells me a power antenna that is a "10 minute job". Came back this morning to find out the installer told him that it is NOT a 10 minute job, as the fender and front bumper have to be removed to install the antenna on a classic vehicle (let an audio place do body shop tasks on a classic car, oh hell no). Marcel REFUSED to refund my money. He was also heard to say to another employee (that he didn't figure I could hear)..."don't tell them they can use their current antenna, you don't make sales that way". Complete and total JERK. I have owned a viper alarm on every vehicle and no shop has ever treated me like this. I had a bad experience at this place. I went to install running boards or (nerf bars)on my RAM. AJ (owner of the shop) makes his fast talk sales pitch to me and makes a suggestion for the kind to get. So I come the following Tuesday like we have scheduled and he is of course not there. His son fidgets around then finally after an hour he gets around to starting on the installation. So I wait for 2 more hours. They don't have the correct tools to install the bars. So AJ and the staff have a personal discussion in front of customers about one of their employees stealing the tools..finally AJ sends his son to home depot to get another pneumatic wrench. I wait..2 more hours and I realized that he's started to install the wrong bars on my truck.. I go tell the girl that works there..and she refused to call him bcuz she was mad at AJ for taking the car she wanted to use to pick her kids up from school. So after 2 1/2 hours his son finally shows up..and he's trying to talk me into taking the wrong bars. He told me that the bolts he put in there will not come out so I HAVE to take the wrong bars..I said no,that's not what I paid for..and that's not what I want. So after he gets mad at me.. he finally decided to start on the job. By this time I have been there over 4hrs and the job had not even been started. So after another 2 hrs the job is done..but they were still not the bars that AJ and I had discussed about installing days before. I got the cheap 2 bracket set of bars that he told me NOT to get! He and his staff are completely unorganized and extremely unprofessional. They yell,cuss and talk to eachother about personal problems in front of customers. By the end of the day I didn't even care about how bad the bars looked and how bad the job was done..I just wanted to get the hell out of there. I was shopping around on Friday for and upgrade to my factor installed equipment. Stopped by frequency and they offered what seemed to be a good deal. I arrived at noon and they finial finished at 5 installing a sub and replacing the factory speakers. i discovered the next day that I was getting noise when my system when it was turned off, so I returned to their store, and was told that they did not have time to help me and that I should return on Tuesday which I did. on Tuesday when i returned, I was then informed that it would cost me an additional $75.00 to repair the issue. I wish that I had read the reviews before doing business with them. I have always upgraded the factory system on all of my vehicles , this is the first time that I was charged to fix something with an install issue. Do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else. I went there and they charged me $300 dollars to install an amp that does NOT work. when i plugged my 2 12" subs not a sound so i lift up my backseat where my battery is located and barely hanging on by a thread is the cheap cracked wiring that frequency so called installed, all the wires were cracked and exposing copper i.. i went back to the fm 1960 and jones location where there is a short bald headed roughly 40 yr old mexican man that acted like he never seen me or my car before when i was just there the week before and a fat white dude who almost JUMPED on my trunk until he saw me looking at him and a arab dude aj who just want to sucker u into a b.s deal. my dash was also not aligned right and now it looks broken. There was irate customer causing a commotion within the business, but I still made an appointment because in the past the business had done a great job. I came back later for my appointment and was greeted by a rude and unhelpful manager. The manager continued to ignore my request to not keep my car on while tinting my windows. I told him my concerns regarding my battery dying. He nonchalantly said "we'll just jump it." I told him, " I don't understand why the car needs to stay on and can't be intermediately turned on as needed." The tech continue to do what she wanted to and at one point she actually has to car on. I asked the manager why my car was on and he said,"it's not on." I said " it is on." After a few more rounds of nonsense I told the manager, "he could bring me my car if he could not do what I wanted." The nonsense didn't stop and I asked for my keys.
