They told me it would be a 6 week job (which sounded absurd at the time and I knew it would take longer than that). 7 months later after they started work (we moved out in an attempt to make it easier and quicker) we were finally able to move back in. Somewhere along the way they say they went ~$30-40k over budget, which they failed to tell me about until 2 weeks after they stopped working on my house (not fully completing the work). Personally I think they just didn't care about my project and Phil was spending the summer getting his pilots license instead of overseeing the work at my house. They used the money they said I owed them (they never would fully document the expenses) as an excuse to not complete some minor things or honor their 1 year warranty. Before they even stopped working on the house, the LVP flooring they installed through out the house started separating in a couple places. Now it's either separating or buckling all over the house. Their workmanship is poor and they used cheap materials. Their attention to detail is a joke (like the bathroom faucet handles don't start/stop their turn in the same places and hot/cold water is backwards) and numerous mistakes were made throughout the project (used the wrong type of paint on all of the doors in the house and had to redo, they drilled for the wrong size handles on the cabinets having to fill, touch up paint and re-drill, window trim installed crooked, used wrong edging on backsplash, crooked light fixtures, etc.). The cabinets are terrible, the slow close drawers don't close, shelves have fallen down, and they left 2 completely unfinished inside. All of the caulking has dried up and split. The paint job throughout the house including the cabinets is terrible. I spent all my money to be left with something that looks like amateur did it. Phil's office manager wife was absolutely horrible to work with once I signed the contract. Before she was super nice. Same with Phil. Phil flat out lied to my face multiple times - saying he had purchased finishes when he had not. Then when it was time to install, the finishes I chose they were no longer available. I had to take additional time off of work to go find new ones. Anyhow, I could go on all day about how much I think they suck but my advice is to steer clear of these folks - no integrity or professionalism.

I don't have an account with the company, plus my husband has cancer so we don't use any type of chemicals in the garden or in the house. We do have a Pest Control service, quarterly - they do take care only of the exterior perimeter of the house, and they do come to the front door to let us know they have arrived. Our mature flowering trees, bushes, and plants, have never been sprayed with any chemicals whatsoever - on purpose! I am beside myself! He just walked onto my property , even though it says private property do not enter - and without talking to me without making sure here is that the right address he just started spraying chemicals everywhere ! How is it possible? Don't these people have a map? Why are they not checking which address they are at?! What kind of people are you hiring...... who don't know how to use a Google map on their phone?! The dude in a hazmat-suit quoted a different address when I interrupted his spraying. It is down the street, not even on my street address, down the street -two blocks! What I do not understand is - if you've never been to the property you are about to service by spraying chemicals ... why not let the home owners know you are there ready to start?! I have a number of large Birch trees around my home, a very large one in the Southwest corner, a group on the western exposure and a rather large one on the east side. The group on the West & Southwest exposures provide much needed Summer shade. Since my house was built in 1907 and has no insulation. All my trees started to wilt and die off. I called a very well known tree company. After they cut the dead branches off they informed me that the trees were being attacked by the Brown Birch Borer. The most valued tree on the corner was declared a loss by them. I refused to give up and did my research. I contacted Glass and they claimed to have a solution; injecting the trees with an insecticide that would kill the larvae of the borer. Having nothing to lose I hired them. It was a bit pricey to me and I waited for results that did take a few seasons. Glass also did a fertilizer soak on all my trees and shrubs. The final results are amazing. All the trees became healthy and quite large to the extent that I called the original arborist to trim the trees. They were quite silent when I pointed out that my trees were not only saved but thriving. These treatments occur once a year and are well worth it. My home has shade on 3 sides during all the warms months. This also adds value to my home. Thank you.

We have known the owner of this company since before he started his business. A few years ago, we had some work done to the siding of our kitchen bay window. At that time we used a word-of-mouth contractor, who at the time portrayed he knew what he was doing, and once he was done it "appeared" to have been done correctly. Fast forward about 3 years later, and that work he performed, turned out to have been done by cutting a lot of corners, and done incorrectly! Since then, Cody established his business, and has been a saving grace. When I contacted him about the work, I provided photos of the damage, and he directed me to his scheduler. She informed us, he was booked out until after the first of the year, however he managed to squeeze us in at the same time he had another job in our area. Cody and his crew arrived on time at our home. We have a Ring camera and was able to see when they were moving around. What I noticed right away was his crew setting up a pop-up canopy as we had been having some inclement weather like we normally do in the PNW. This assured me, they were taking the situation seriously and not trying to get by, while doing their work in the rain. Additionally I could see their van in one of our camera views and it was fully stocked with equipment needed for the job. The fact Cody and his team started with a pop-up canopy gave me confidence and reassurance the job would be done right. Needless to say, Cody and his team uncovered some "interesting" work. There were lots of gaps in the wood that allowed air flow and water to seep in because the work was not flashed and sealed correctly. They had to replace the window sill on the inside, cut out mold, and replace any other damaged or missing wood. After it was all done he reassured it was done correctly, and flashed and sealed so we wouldn't have any future issues. When the last "contractor" worked on this area, they also painted our home, yet left the paint buckets open, which made the remaining paint dry out. Cody and his team was able to get the paint needed and color matched it to the existing color. I would highly recommend Cody and his team to anyone. They are efficient, on time, professional and he expects an exceptional quality of work.
