They did an ok job cleaning our house to move out of. They left some things there, missed a lot of places and we ended up having to go back and doing it and they left so much water on the laminate/fake wood floor that it curled on the edges. Thankfully housing was replacing it anyway because we had been there so long because if we had had to pay for them making the wear and tear worse with their water damage I'd have made them pay it. We passed our inspection for the most part but their communication is horrible. They said they would be there at 6am, they showed up closer to 7am decided they would come back at noon because we weren't ready after no telling us what needed to be done before they came because they are impossible to contact, then they didn't answer/show up until 5pm after saying they would be at noon. We had somewhere to be at 5 and they knew this. I was pretty upset. They also didn't get done until 9 which is way passed my kids' bedtimes and they had school the next morning and appointments before school. We also had to air the house out before my youngest was allowed to even go in because of his asthma because they didn't listen about LEAVING THE WINDOWS OPEN TO VENT IT OUT. They got the job done, nothing spectacular, definitely not worth the $350 we paid, especially since housing could of charged us over that for flooring damages if we hadn't lived there so long. I recommend they either get a secretary that handles the calls/appointments if they are too busy because it was way to stressful trying to get in touch with them to get anything done. read more

Horrendous service... not only did it take them three separate trips to do a terrible job cleaning before we moved into our new house, they stole items from the house as well. Please do not use this dishonest bunch. TERRIBLE!!! read more

Did not show up and did not return calls. Nothing left to say. When people are stressed from moving and everything is on a time limit we rely on vendors to be reliable, kind and forthcoming. This company did not do any of these things. We had to scramble to find a cleaning company at the last minute that was reliable. My only regret is that there are no minus stars. This is the first time I have wanted to give a minus review. Guess when they returned our call.....after we left a message at 530pm to not come. Then they called to say . Lorena, the owner, came here to give an estimate for house cleaning. She said she was going to do everything we needed and more. They were here at least 4 times. Each time doing less. Last week they never showed. I left two voice messages for Lorena, and my husband left one. No replies. We messaged her on facebook, nothing. Save your time and money. I am moving into a new home next month, and wanted to schedule a cleaning service to help take care of my current home. My property managers listed A+ cleaning as a recommended company, so that's who I decided to try first. I called last Tuesday and made an appointment for an initial walk through that day after 5pm, they did not show up and did not call at all. I followed up on Thursday and we rescheduled for Monday at 4pm. Again, no call and no show. Between that and the reviews I just read here, I would say seek service elsewhere and stay far away. read more

I have to admit I'm surprised by the low ratings for this company on Yelp. I've been using A+ Cleaning biweekly for several months and am very satisfied. They charge a very reasonable rate for the size of our home and do a very thorough job. Their routine cleaning include things I absolutely hate to do like clean the showers and scrub down the bathroom. Items are sometimes moved around, but I don't find that to be a huge issue as I'm more interested in my home being cleaned. I highly recommend this service. read more

Where do I start... broken items including my vacuum which they were using without my consent. A broken plate which no one told me was broken, they just left it on my kitchen counter. They didn't answer the phone when I tried to call. They took my ceiling fan cleaner and didn't replace it. They used all of my personal cleaning supplies including Clorox wipes, cleaning sprays.... They didn't show up when scheduled. Please save yourself from theft and broken items and don't use this service. read more

Where do I start. We passed the Forest City move out inspection, but A+ Cleaning made it a pain throughout the whole process. The first day, they were 45 minutes late. They arrived with a team of 4 ladies, and were respectful and polite. As they worked throughout the house, they decided the new (in package) stove plates didn't fit. So they decided to either throw the two packs away, or keep them. We also had two new packs of cleaning gloves we bought to pick up dog poop in the back yard, but they took those too (also new in package). They used OUR new brooms to clean the floors and outdoor walk ways, and to make matters worse. They took our broom. We called and asked for the items to be returned, and we're reassured they would. They weren't. One of the ladies who cleaned the bathroom decided the cracked soap holder should be thrown away. We asked about getting it back, they said it would be replaced. It didn't. So we painted the walls with new white paint. As part of the home cleaning, the walls were washed. You could see the effortless work they did as only a couple of streaks could be seen. They could be seen because of the dirty water dried and ran down the walls. Their claim to fame is they'll stand with you during inspection. What false advertisement, because of course they did not show. I am glad we passed, but we had to clean up over all that A+ cleaning had already done. Should be called C- cleaning. I bought move out whole house cleaning from them. They did clean some stuff well. For example the stove was amazing but that is pretty much were the good stops. They showed up an hour late. The boss quoted me a price for 6-8 hour job they were here 5 hours and wanted payment. Quick inspection of the house revealed a lot of stuff the completely missed. Floors weren't cleaned walls weren't clean, dusty shelves and LEAVES/flower pedals still in a window sill. They worked for another 45-60 minutes and declared the house done. I told her to send the boss over because there was still stuff in touched. She came over with a couple of cleaners and worked for 60-90 minutes and declared it done. The house looked decent after this attempt. But the garage wasn't clean and she promised to return a few days later and clean the garage and touch up the rest of the house. A cleaner did show up, mopped the floor and left. Still no garage clean, still have spider webs in the corners of some rooms. I would highly recommend you look elsewhere for cleaning services. A+ cleaning is not worth the money or hassle. read more
