From hiring her and signing off paperwork, to the day of she was prepared and professional. You can't help but love her and want to give her a hug. She was like a mom to us throughout the process. I got the diamond package which came with the option of meat and chicken as main entree and 1 starch, 1 veggie and salad. This package also included 3 tray-passed appetizers, bread, lemonade and coffee. I paid extra for water service since my venue did not offer water. Aside from the food being amazing, Veronica was such a pleasure to work with. I met with her a couple times to make payments and each time we ended up talking about everything. If I could give 20 stars, I would. From the very beginning, Veronica and her team were incredibly impressive. She was always incredibly polite and accommodating, responding to calls, emails, and requests with no more than one or two days in between. I have to admit, after having the delicious tasting (where me and my fiance were blown away), we thought, "this has to be too good to be true...how can the food be THIS good and THIS inexpensive?!". Well, ladies and gentlemen, it is NOT too good to be true. I was so worried that we were being scammed or that the food would simply not be as good at the wedding- well I was completely wrong. The food was amazing and were most definitely were not scammed! I had several people tell me during and after the wedding that the food was some of the best wedding food they ever ate. All of the staff were very professional and friendly and they helped our elderly guests with their food. The affordability of ACP2R allowed us to spend more money elsewhere, like on decorations and an open bar. I think that ACP2R could easily charge double for the service they provide, but I am glad that they don't! They did our wedding for 80 people with absolutely no issues. The food was fabulous! The crew was awesome! We had so much fun and our guests were telling us all night how much they loved it and it was the best wedding food they had ever had. Also, they were there on time and were ready and serving the appetizers right after the ceremony. We had the lumpia, puffed pastry, and empanadas for appetizers and cabernet beef, chicken marsala, artichoke ravioli, mac n cheese, and squash for dinner. The food at the tasting's were great! My wife and I never really ate during the wedding since we were pulled in so many directions but people loved the food. As we all know, at times we have financial constraints and/or concerns and Veronica worked with that as we came to a solution. During the wedding, the service went off with out a hitch and they were completely attentive to our guests and coordinator. As an added bonus, she threw in something that wasn't even included in our package! When does that ever happen with anything? Throughout the process, there was only one mistake. Albeit, it was a large clerical mistake that threw us for a loop. I don't think this was a mistake of Veronica's as it was in a different department. But, we all make mistakes. It's how you handle it is what I'm concerned about. When we made her aware of it, she diligently followed up. The food was fantastic, served by extremely friendly staff, and presented very well. We did not get any poor feedback from any of our 60 guests! After reading the reviews on Yelp, we contacted Veronica re catering for our intimate wedding reception on the beachfront in Malibu. Veronica was only to happy to lay on a tasting at quite short notice. The food on our big day was amazing!! The 3 appetizers during the cocktail hour were wolfed down by our guests so i only got to try the empanadas, however they were out of this world! The entrees were delicious - we selected the Asian Tri tip and the calypso salmon which were both full of flavour and were delightfully accompanied by ample sides, salad and washed down with their delightful home-made lemonade. The cheesecake and brownie bites rounded off a the meal superbly. Veronica and the team were very accommodating on the day, particularly as our timeline got squeezed. They remained unflustered, polite and professional throughout and all our guests commented on how much they liked the food and how their glasses were always charged! Veronica was also kind enough to let us hold on to the drinks facilities and glassware for the evening and return them the following day. What a great catering company! Veronica and ACP2R did our wedding on 4/20/13, and did an amazing job! I ate like a pig even though I was wearing a corseted dress. Worth it! We ordered chicken marsala, roast beef and gravy, veggies, potatoes au gratin, house salad, and caprese salad, yam enchiladas for the vegetarians, and for appetizers, we got assorted filled puff pastries and stuffed mushrooms. I wouldn't change a thing, they were all splendid. All our guests told us it was the best wedding food they had ever eaten, and I know it was the best I had ever eaten! We went to two of Veronica's tastings and we were both blown away both times. The food was DELICIOUS. We've been to quite a few weddings and I always find the food to be bland and boring. Not ACP2R (A Classy Party to Remember). Everything we tasted had so much flavor. Veronica was very easy to work with and flexible. ACP2R was affordable and fit nicely into our budget. We had a buffet style dinner for our reception and we went with the chicken panko and chicken marsela for our main dish. Both were EXCELLENT and our guests were delighted that they could have servings of both. We also had a vegetarian option (eggplant) which also was very tasty (and I'm not a vegetarian). We used ACP2R for our wedding catering after finding them on Yelp. As anyone planning a wedding knows there are a lot of caterers out there so you are spoiled for choice. We decided to make a short list of four to go an do tastings and ACP2R was our low cost wildcard. Based on the quote we got we didn't expect much. We were very pleasantly surprised as their food was delicious, they accommodated our allergy requests (gluten and dairy free) and even organized for a special request (English style fish and chips wrapped in newspaper) as an end of night snack. The food was fantastic, they were attentive and reliable all day and they handled set-up and clean up in accordance with the venue's rules. One note is they are very busy so email communication is a little slow. They got everything done but as Veronica seems to be constantly at an event there was a delay between responses. Just got married last Sunday and Veronica and her team catered. WOW. The food was absolutely perfect. We had the calypso salmon, the honey saffron chicken, and the yam enchiladas . Got so many compliments on the food! I can safely say it was the best wedding food I've ever eaten. The salmon and chicken were cooked perfectly and I am still dreaming about those enchildas - super yummy! And the crazy thing is it was SO affordable. We had a tiny budget, but we managed to have a full meal with 3 entrees, 2 sides, 2 salads and 2 apetizers with out breaking the bank. After reading fabulous Yelp reviews we contacted Veronica last minute. Our wedding venue is quite particular and they did not allow the previous caterers we had selected. Luckily for us that Veronica was able to maneuver around the venues multiple requests/ requirements. We were unable to attend a tasting as we were planning from out of state, but we were able to select a menu that was within our modest budget. Veronica worked with us and the many venue requirements and we were able to have a most beautiful wedding. During planning stages Veronica remained polite,  unflustered and professional. The catering, from the coffee bar, to appetizers, to the spa waters and lemonade, and the dinner was absolutely fabulous. The dinner was not only delicious, but the servings and side dishes were plentiful, with large moist chicken filets, and an added bonus of vegetarian meals. They covered it all! Veronica and her staff also stayed for hours after the event to make sure that everything was cleaned and to the agreement of the state parks staff. A Classy Party To Remember recently catered my wedding reception. From the very beginning of the planning process Veronica and her team were very easy get a hold of and communicate with. My frequent calls and emails were always returned within a few hours. The team really went out of their way to make sure all of our needs and requests were met. In addition to catering the meal they set all the tables, lit the candles in the centerpieces, got ice before the event started and cleaned everything at the end of the evening. We had dessert bars in lieu of cake and Veronica and her team beautifully displayed the four types of dessert bars. All of the food tables (buffet and dessert) were beautifully decorated in the colors and the flowers we used throughout the event. I just gave Veronica pictures of our centerpieces and she had her tables match. I got so many compliments on her flower arrangements. They even handled getting ice and mixers during the event when we ran out. We got several compliments on the food and there was plenty of food for our 150 guests.
