My husband made the flavor choices for the part of about 80 people: mango, strawberry, vanilla and cookies and cream (my personal favorite). It turned out to be a warm Saturday, June 3, for the grad party so people dove in on the paletas right away! The mango was a favorite flavor - not too sweet, fresh tasting. We chose Mexican Candy as a topping. I can also say that the vanilla flavor was so good! I don't know what secret ingredient they add...or maybe it's just straight-up authentic Mexican vanilla, but that was a delicious surprise. The paletas were easy for everyone to handle because they are served in these clean, stable paper trays. No mess if they start to drip. Easy for even toddlers to enjoy. By the end of the party, there were only about a dozen paletas left, easy to transfer into the freezer and enjoy at a later date! The owner arrived right on time. She was courteous and friendly. She just needed a place to plug in with a 3-prong plug. I'd recommend you hire her for any celebration, especially in warm weather.
