Dr. McNamara eased all my worries and I fully trusted him which made the whole process so much better. My dog successfully completed his surgery and we can't wait for him to get back to his normal self this summer :) Thankful is an understatement. The whole team is amazing.

Being fairly new to the area I inquired on NextDoor if anyone had experience with a surgeon. The majority of the answers pointed us towards Dr. Paul McNamara with Hudson Highland Veterinary Group. Upon our first visit we quickly discovered Dr McNamara was surgeon for Dutchess County K9 dogs and has been awarded commendations for his years of dedicated service. He demonstrated a gentle approach towards Mia and quickly determined she had a luxtating patella that did require surgery. Our consultation was not rushed he answered every single question and you can imagine trusting our baby who is never had any issues prior was absolutely terrifying. Dr. McNamara was thorough and even sent us home with a video explaining the procedure and after care with regards to this particular surgery. They even took the opportunity to allow us to view the operating room and after the initial consultation,we knew that we had selected the best choice possible for our little girl. We arrived at7AM for her drop off and the team was easily reachable with the dozens of questions throughout the day and night. The next day Mia came home a little woozy but overall in good spirits. I hear a lot of owners saying the cone to prevent licking the stitches is stressful. The team here uses a Lick sleeve which was a pant leg that was fastened on the surgical leg to prevent her licking the incision. This made for a less stressful environment for all of us. Dr. McNamara, Colleen, Allison and Tara were super kind and supportive throughout the entire process. She is now 12 weeks post surgery and doing quiet well. We are thrilled with the outcome and would not hesitate recommending them in the future.

I would advise everyone to look elsewhere as the office staff and vet are uncaring, unprofessional,…read moreand money hungry. When taking our new puppy there we heard all about the raw food diet and pills you could get through them - of course at a major markup. However, we were not advised about random Saturday closures and lied to about "free nail clippings" with every visit. More recently when we visited for a shot and asked the vet to take a one minute look at our puppies leg she didn't have time to feel it but just to observe her walking. Great service and a true animal lover right there! They also like to stagger shots that other vets give simultaneously to get more office visit money out of you. When told of our disappointment with it was suggested we find a new vet. Gladly! I wouldn't give this place another penny after the dishonesty and lack of caring over the past few weeks. Glad to find out now though before wasting any more money or trusting the care of our new family member with a business that is just out for money.

We've been visiting Full Circle for at least six years now and are so thankful for their unparalleled care, communication, and professionalism. Dr. Michelle is amazing - always helping us with routine checkups and emergency issues. Highly recommended overall. The office is just off RT. 9 and easy to find. Again, the best testimony is the fact that we trust our pets' lives with the team at Full Circle. ‍‍

There is not enough I could say about this location. I have very high need dogs. From Samantha at…read morethe front desk to checking out the process was amazing: I do not remember the name of the veterinarian that was there today but he was kind gentle and perfect for my dogs. This may sound redundant. But Samantha is amazing.

This company boasts "walk right in, no appointments necessary, convenience!"... mh hm. Upon arrival a young woman comes out and states, "the vet did not show up today".... and then proceeded to add that "the vet in the Monroe location didnt show up that day either." So that was my first try, took day off of work, drove an hour to the facility, vet doesn't show up for work, customers get screwed, oh well. After leaving I found the customer service phone number in their website, attempted to call but guess what!? NO ANSWER AT ALL....10 MINUTES I WAITED FOR SOMEONE TO ANSWER. So I learned on that day that this company has veterinarians that don't show up when they feel like it, a customer service department that DOESNT ANSWER the phone, and no accountability to the community. The ultimate "too good to be true" company in terms of pet care. Continuing on for the next few weeks I regularly called the location AS WELL AS the customer service phone number AND NOT ONE TIME IN 3 WEEKS DID ANYONE ANSWER! NOT ONCE, NO ONE, 0. And now to today and the latest round of comedy from this derelict organization. I am off of work tomorrow and planned on making a final attempt to bring my cat to their office to be vaccinated, but the best laid plans of mice and men! I checked their website to make sure they are open today and then I place the call, guess what!? Its 10:37am, hours state 10am-7pm...the answering machine picks up, the location is closed! Hilarious. The left hand doesnt speak to right at vetIQ that's for sure. Then I proceeded to attempt calling customer service again, guess what, NO ANSWER AFTER 5 MINUTES OF WAITING. Nothing at all, not even thank you for calling well be right with you...I mean absolutely nothing. So finally I decided to complain about the difficulty I am having through a "contact us" form submitted through their website. I GOT A RESPONSE TO THE CONTACT FORM! Customer service agent claims its also notmal for vets to just not show up. Agent also said that even though the website says they are open they are actually closed because THE VET DIDNT SHOW UP TODAY AND MOST LIKELY WONT SHOW UP TOMORROW EITHER! WHAT AN ABSOLUTE JOKE THIS PLACE IS!!! RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS FAST AS YOU CAN AND EMPLOY THE SERVICES OF A REAL VET THAT CARES ABOUT THE PETS IN THEIR COMMUNITY, THIS COMPANY SHOULD SHUT ITS DOORS FOR GOOD. Unprofessional, unreliable, untrustworthy vets, incapable customer service, and generally a complete embarrasment of a circus.
