I would advise everyone to look elsewhere as the office staff and vet are uncaring, unprofessional, and money hungry. When taking our new puppy there we heard all about the raw food diet and pills you could get through them - of course at a major markup. However, we were not advised about random Saturday closures and lied to about "free nail clippings" with every visit. More recently when we visited for a shot and asked the vet to take a one minute look at our puppies leg she didn't have time to feel it but just to observe her walking. Great service and a true animal lover right there! They also like to stagger shots that other vets give simultaneously to get more office visit money out of you. When told of our disappointment with it was suggested we find a new vet. Gladly! I wouldn't give this place another penny after the dishonesty and lack of caring over the past few weeks. Glad to find out now though before wasting any more money or trusting the care of our new family member with a business that is just out for money. read more

My fiancé's uncle took his dog here to be put down. The dogs were well over 18 yrs old and also he brought a cat around the same age. They were all ready to go and these people have him a problem about and and said " he only brings his animals here to die " and they were so disrespectful about the matter. Very rude and uncalled for we will never bring any of our animals here again. And they lied about the price and tried to charge me 50% more of the bill which I then had to argue with the lady to bring the price to what they told me it would be on the phone. To which the lady says " who said that I'm going to have to fire whoever said that" which to be honest it sounded like her voice on the phone who told me that price! Heartless ..took almost 1000.00 for a 15year old cat from a 83 year old man ...the cat passed away after 2 months ..when he went to the cat sanctuary in beacon ..they called the vet ..he brought his deceased cat to the vet n paid again for a proper burial... according to the cat sanctuary in beacon ..full circle vet hospital said the 83 year did not do enough to save the cat ....he gave the cat thyroid meds n antibiotics that the vet said was nessary n paid them close to 1000.00 ..to save this cat ...now they prevented him from getting another cat ....heartless ...just heartless.... read more

I found Dr. Michelle late last year after my original Holistic Vet dr. Tobin, whom I loved for his compassion and service, transitioned unexpectedly.. I went to Full Circle Vet a total of 6 times. thank god it was not a life threatening situation for my 15mos pup Luna each visit, but I meet Dr. Michelle once, my first visit. Each time after that she never came out to meet with me she sent her techs.. you can use the plandemic as a reason, but then I don't want a fearful vet either.. if you are someone like myself who appreciates personal compassionate attention in any field of business from those in service to community then I do not recommend dr. Michelle. She is not personable and not very Holstic either, she gave me toxic antibiotics when you can just use essential oils and gave me a typical lecture about spay and neutering, which I don't do to my animals and she disagreed with my decision siting cancers that can arise, but the real reason is due to control. as humans , do we spay and neuter ourselves.. There are no mistakes God/Creatress got it right the first time so why mutilate our animals just so we can feel more in control of them. Domesticated humans don't want to raise a wild child. But I am sovereign and so are the animals I care for. read more

Dr. Michelle and her entire team are nothing short of stellar. They are so very supportive of our choosing to care for our pup holistically and are extremely knowledgable. My dog is my baby and I trust them in a way I've never trusted a vet before. They also helped sleuth out a mysterious blood sugar issue causing our dog, Blue, to go into very scary episodes where her eyes would roll to the back of her head. Dr. Michelle and her team figured it out with grace and smarts, helping us find a (thankfully) simple solution, and now Blue has been incident free for several months! I revoke original review written several years ago under name Marlene U. It took 6 years & a beloved, now deceased budgie for us to realize the truth about Dr. Michelle. She is unprofessional, and is NOT qualified in treating birds or exotic pets of any kind! She NEVER suggested we take our 3 budgies yearly for a "well check" to an Avian specialist vet. Birds can carry diseases that can be transmitted to other pets as well as humans. She clipped their wings & nails an average of every 3-4 mths. When our Budgies health took a dramatic turn for the worse, I called her office crying 2 times & asked for her to call me. Instead she had her vet tech call with a message. No compassion. Thank goodness we found Creature Comforts in Poughkeepsie. Dr.. Barker and staff is AMAZING! Unfortunately, Bashert crossed over the Rainbow Bridge last week. PLEASE don't take your birds, or exotic pets here. Or if your seeking a compassionate vet, stay away. We lost our beloved Bashert. There aren't enough words to express how much I love this practice. I've moved around a few states and having to look for a trustworthy and compassionate vet is hard. When I moved to the Hudson Valley nearly three years ago, I knew I found a practice I'd want to stay with long-term. Dr. Michelle is so caring, she will literally sit on the floor and love up on my dog before doing a full exam. She's helped address my dog's lifelong health issues (allergies, skin) using a holistic approach and the results have been amazing. She's also been there for some small crises. Christine and the rest of the staff are also wonderful, they are warm and friendly on the phone and in person. They clearly make a great team all together. Dr Michelle and the staff are awesome. I have a new rescue dog and took him there for an initial checkup and then for a stomach issue. Dr Michelle takes the time to examine the dog, and explain exactly what is going on as well as giving common sense advise for resolving issues. The staff is friendly and all showed so much affection for my little guy Chance. I think the comfortable atmosphere and Dr Michelle's ability to totally relate to Chance, made his visit much more relaxing. Initially I liked the concept. Holistic care for my dogs. I give my dogs coconut oil and grain free, additive free food on a daily basis and was intrigued by the Full Circle concept. However. They are not holistic nor upfront. I called and asked how much it would cost to have my dogs anal glands expelled. I was told $24. I exclaimed GREAT! That is the same price as a per salon and I was familiar with the women at the Vet so it seemed like a no brainer to take my dog to them. When I went 2 weeks later to have the glands expelled I was charged $70. When I asked why the receptionist said because a doctor did it instead of a tech. I said I never asked for a doctor to do it. I was told that I infact did ask for a doctor to do it... I'm sure glad the receptionist knows what I asked for better than I do. I asked to speak to the doctor and the lady at the front desk rudely said "no you'll speak to me" she continued to berate me and tell me the procedure was unpleasant so there was an additional fee of $20 for that.. I said I wouldn't pay any such "unpleasant" fee. You are draining an anal sack. Did you think it was going to be pleasant?? Anyway. I walked out only paying my $24 that I was told. But I had to fight for it. Before allowing me to leave with my card I was told she could charge me even more money for being a walk in.. to which I responded that they really need to be less manipulative with their pricing. They tried to sell me an ointment for my dogs butt hole that is essentially mineral oil and then tried to sell me on getting him neutered. As a holistic nurse I chose to keep my dog intact and would have thought a "holistic" vet would be less pushy about MY decision. Overall if you want a vett who pressures you into purchases, has hidden fees and berates you ... go with this place. The vett herself is a wonderful women by the way. Found out after a year of seeing this vet, that somehow, our cat had not been vaccinated against rabies. This resulted in a 6 month quarantine for our cat. Not recommended!! Also, vet was unresponsive when I called to try to find out how this could have happened. read more

I do not post reviews but thought this might help them get their act together and be professional.This happened like 2 years ago.I have about 4 vets I use because I have many animals n need backup vets n not all vets are good n specialize in everything!I went to Dr R a few times w 3 of my animals.The front desk girl is rude just bad vibe n 2 of her techs also but I ignored it because I try n give people a few tries.My dog just had operation for removing Cancer n my dog is a wreck when she goes to the vet n shes hard to manage because shes scared,that being said I went to get a consultation starting new w her nutrition n many supplements for preventive purposes because this was 2nd Cancer.I walked in this appointment w 20 or so questions written down plus concerned for my dog.I made this their last appointment to avoid any distraction so I would not be rushed! As soon as I got there sitting in rm she gets an emergency where a cat has to be euth which I understand n I also know routine for that I have put tons of animals down being in rescue work.I was interrupted physically w a tech 3 times in my appointment, my questions werent answered n when I asked snotty receptionist to ask Dr something she said this is twice u want me to interrupt her n I cant do it.Lisen I'm a very understanding person but how they handled this was horrible no compensation what so ever, rushed, questions for my dogs health not answered my dog was agitated n I left feeling totally discusted! I would never again give her my business so unprofessional extremely expensive n receptionist should be replaced along w those other 2 techs.Most people would say oh we dont need clients like me but you do I spend roughly about 4 grand yearly on my pets I have disabled n sickly animals I adopt so lessen here is dont practice bad business moves save the attitude and give people what they are paying you for! read more

My husband and I live across the street from this practice & had the opportunity to watch them set up this wonderful office. Dr. Michelle personally does the inviting art work. Over a year ago we purchased our first parakeet Bashert. We were happy to find that they groomed exotic birds. Not too many vets do. Bashert's first visit to have his wings and nails clipped was a wonderful experience. They did not treat him like a $25 bird, but as a respected member of our family. Dr. Michelle and her staff are warm, caring, loving & competent. The office is warm, comfortable and immaculate. So when we purchased our second parakeet Shalom a few months ago off to Dr. Michelle we went. Today after I gave Bashert a bird bath, I. Noticed he was bleeding from his wing. I called their office frantic & they squeezed me right in. It turned out to be a broken blood feather. Dr. Michelle took care of Bashert, cleaned the blood off his wing & gently comforted him.
