Dr Dale Krier was extremely accommodating, compassionate and respectful during this stressful time She gave my 15.5 year old best friend the dignity that she deserved on her final day. Her wisdom and forethought went above and beyond my expectations, and believe me, I had rehearsed this terrible day many times in my head. My call was promptly returned, a convenient time scheduled, and the process discussed. During this time of social distancing, some special accommodations needed to be made, but they in no way interfered with the love my dog received that day. Dr Dale played music made for dogs ears only and was extremely comforting to me as well. She made a clay print of my dogs paw, which I will cherish forever. The support Dr Dale gave that day extends far beyond as she checked in on me and provided access to support groups. When I picked up my dogs remains, they where surrounded by meditation gardens and considering the circumstances (pandemic restrictions) I couldn't have asked for anything more comforting and reassuring that my dog was truly loved and that I had made the right decision. This is long past due, but in 2019 our 15 year old English Setter, Zoe, was ready to cross the rainbow bridge. We wanted her to pass in the comfort of her own home, surrounded by the people she loved. Our vet recommended Dr. Krier. We called on a Saturday morning, and within a few hours Dr. Krier was at our home. She sat with Zoe and stroked and comforted her, while explaining the procedure to us. Zoe passed peacefully, surrounded by love. Dr. Krier gave us as much time as we needed with Zoe after she passed, and made a beautiful plaster plaque with Zoe's paw print, stamped with Zoe's name. I was so happy with the way Dr. Krier and her husband responded when I called to get information on having to put my 21-year-old kitty cat to sleep. She came highly recommended by a vet that, during covered 19, unfortunately wouldn't allow me to be in the room with my cat when she had to be put to sleep, which was out of the question for me. Immediately, when I called I was greeted was friendliness, sincerity and an immediate response that they would absolutely make time for me that day so my cat did not have to suffer any longer. The whole process, as awful as it is, was made so much better by Dr. Krier. She is super friendly sincere and answers any and all questions that you have. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone that wants to have a beautiful experience with their pet at the end of their life. Creature Comforts Mobile Vet came by my house on the same morning I called them in regards to my dear doggy Manny. Dr. Dale Krier was very compassionate and caring. It really felt like she felt our pain almost as much as us and I was really careful and perform the procedure to put down Manny gently and professionally. It is not easy to fully express the level of comfort and peace she gave to my family, especially our 16 year old dog Lily during her final moments. We called Dr. Krier to put our 13 year old Westie, named Pearl, to sleep. Pearl had been treated unsuccessful for 2.5 months by our regular vet at Banfield Hospital, where she had been a patient on their wellness plan for 3 years. Our regular vet treated her for "colitis" but admitted that she did not know what else to do and referred us to a 24h clinic for further diagnosis and IV treatment Pearl was discharged from the clinic the next day with prescriptions for six different drugs, while her symptoms kept worsening. After one week of force-food and medications down her throat we decided to put her to sleep in the comfort of our home, which Dr.Krier offered to do. However, before proceeding with the euthanasia, Dr. Krier asked us the permission to examine the dog and to review her medical record. She took it upon herself to talk to the Emergency clinic doctor and discovered that although the clinic tested Pearl negative for Lyme disease, they had not tested her for Anaplasmosis, which is another, very similar, tick borne decease that affects older dogs. Dr Keil took another blood sample and called us the next day that her hunch was correct and the test was positive. Dr. Krier immediately gave Pearl a prescription for antibiotics and immediately showed a good response to the medication. Two weeks later our dog is eating , barking, licking our face and acting normal and out son has renamed Dr, Krier as "Dr. Miracle". She not only quickly and correctly diagnosed the dog 's symptoms, when other vets did not, but also treated us with compassion and provided incredible service. She has followed Pearl's recovery at every strep around the clock by phone and email even on Sunday! I never met such a caring , knowledgeable vet and I am so thankful that she gave our dog another breath of life ! Sadly, the same week that she saved our dog, she had to put her own to sleep but never let her sadness impact caring for other patients. I would recommend Dr. Krier to anybody looking for a compassionate, incredibly perceptive and experienced veterinarian who intuitively understands both animals and owners and can ressurect a dog on his death bed ! read more

Yesterday we had the horrible task of having to put down our beloved cat of 15 years, Lola. We called Dr.Krier of Creature Comforts.
