Let me start off by saying if you're looking for an honest, trustworthy, and dependable company…read morethen look no further. I had a galvanized pipe that failed me in my flower bed that had water coming up from the ground like a geyser. Mr. Anaya was able to take care of me when others would of not contacted or come out until a weekday. My problem occurred on a Sunday and he was able to fix my problem. Customer service nowadays is a dying art and it's rare to find quality people who care about fixing a problem when it arises. Rest assured whatever problem you may have in your house. You can feel confident knowing that Mr. Anaya, will take care of you as if you were a member of his own family. He was prompt, polite, professional, and prepared. He has been doing plumbing since he was 19 years old and is a licensed plumber. His work ethic is impeccable and he is very knowledgeable, all while having all the necessary parts on his truck to complete the job. None of the horror stories other professionals pull, when they come out without all the right parts on hand needed to fix the problem. Then state oh we can come back in a few days with the parts....meanwhile you await a return visit to fix something. If you're not using Mr. Anaya then you're missing out. Thank you Mr. Anaya for everything and my family greatly appreciates you and your services! Wishing you all the success and more for you and your family!!!

Wow, definitely calling Redfin Plumbing next time I have an issue or for annual maintenance! As a…read morefirst time tankless water heater owner, I recently found out the heater should be descaled (flushed to clear out any calcium or sediment build up) each year. I reached out via Yelp for a quote, and they were super responsive and professional (nice, timely, proper grammar.. hooray!). I was able to schedule a visit through the app and things were smooth sailing! We actually ended up having 2 visits, since we discovered our water heater set up didn't have the proper valves (lé sigh, thanks builder!) on the first visit and they had to be installed, but you can definitely have the descaling done on the same consultation visit if yours does! For each visit, Uli, the plumber, gave us a call to let us know he was on the way. (You pick a 2 hour availability window, and they call 30-40 min before they arrive just to confirm). Uli arrived with shoe covers and respected my home (big deal for our no-shoe house!) and was super pleasant and nice. After asking a few questions about our water heater, he explained everything he was planning to do and what to expect. I felt like he was very knowledgeable and honest and didn't feel like services were being pushed onto me. He gave us service quotes on the first visit-- seemed fairly priced... especially for how great of a company they seemed on first impression! Really seemed like he was doing a thorough consent for a surgery, except for my water heater instead of a patient, haha~ I like to learn so I (tried not to but probably) hovered nearby to watch him install the valves-- Uli was super quick and knew what he was doing. He was incredibly nice and answered any questions I had. When he started the descaling process, he explained what he was doing and gave tips on descaling in the future. He cleaned up afterwards and vacuumed any puddles caught by the pan. Payment by credit card via an iPad was easy afterwards. FYI, routine descaling is $199 and installation of valves if your builder is silly like mine is around $340. Overall, I had a great experience with Redfin and plan to call them again in the future for any issues I have and for maintenance. It was convenient to send a Yelp message and have questions answered so quickly. The company was so friendly-- I'm really hoping everyone is as professional as and great of a plumber like Uli!

Why 5 stars? Because I'm not sure this experience could have been easier…read more --- --- --- The faucet for our kitchen sink had been giving coming a part from the base and not easily threading back in. We temporarily fixed it once, and then after that failed, we literally had it held up with duct tape for two weeks while we were too busy to even call someone out to deal with it. Eventually, enough was enough and we needed to not have our kitchen sink held together by duct tape anymore. My wife did a little neighborhood Facebook page research and mentioned that a lot of people had success with Paul The Plumber. I gave them a call and got an appointment scheduled. My wife purchased a new faucet, in case our current one was beyond repair, but that ended up being moot. The plumber was at our house for maybe 12 total minutes, which includes him taking my credit card for the service charge. He very quickly knew how to fix the problem and it's been great ever since. Something else that was nice was that we were told the plumber would arrive between 3-4pm, and I got a text that he was on the way, scheduled for a 3pm arrival. I went sent real-time tracking of his location so I knew exactly when he'd be arriving, which was really convenient. So our experience was 5-stars across the board and we will definitely call these guys again next time we have an issue.

My parents and I were afraid it might be an in-depth kinda job and be up in the thousands $$$ to get it fixed. Called Paul The Plumber, and they said someone would be there within a few hours. The guy got here on time and even texted us about 30 minutes beforehand. He was here for about an hour, had it fixed and good as new, and it only cost $278! We were SO relieved! We'll always use Paul.
