They are head and shoulders above anyone else I've used in the past. A professional engineer recommend them to me about 20 years ago, and I have had nothing but very positive experiences with them. From installing new wells, to repairs, to follow up warranty work, I can find no fault. Not their fault, but I had a major water tank fail do to a manufacture defect about a year after install, and they came out happily and replaced it for free, including labor. They say what they say they are going to do, and their price is alway very fair. They are very experienced, and workmanship is superior. It is hard today to find anyone that takes pride in their work, puts ethics at the top of their list, and really cares about doing the right thing for their customers. He stated they could repair today and would send a technician. Technician called and I repeated what I had told Barry. He stated it was probably a bad pump. Technician arrived in a mini van ,checked system and said I really can't tell you anything more than you told me but I think it is a bad pump. Then he stated they didn't have any pumps today. I stated why did they show up if they couldn't repair pump. Technician spoke with Barry and said they would try and find a pump or borrow one from a competitor but nothing was for sure. At this point I received a call from Hildebrandt's Well Service who stated they could be there in an hour and repair even if it was a bad pump. I told technician I had to have fixed today and was using another company. He spoke with Barry again and stated he would have to bill $145.00 for coming out. As I payed him, he apologized several times for having to bill me when in reality they did nothing. I explained I was not angry with him and when things didn't go as they should , that was what YELP was for. Barry took this call knowing they could not repair and in my opinion was just trying to generate income from a service call.

Zach talked to the city dispatcher (Saturday @ 8 pm) and then left. It turns out Rikman is selling a scam package along with Generac and Synchrony Bank where they do this bait and switch. They do tricks with payment timings (so you never see a true balance before it is time to make the next payment,) and fine print, and instead of providing interest free payments, they flip a switch. We found out today Rikman together with Generac and Synchrony Bank have collectively charged us more than twice the installation cost, even though we actually had the cash to pay for it in full at the time. The owner pushed us in this direction. They are all nothing short of con men and scam artists. Happy to show you my bills and the initial purchase.
