The ordering process is pretty quick and simple. You grab your metal tray and tongs, open each little door, pick what you want, and put it on the tray. When you're ready, you go to the register where the ladies count the breads, ring everything up, and bag it nicely for you. We're usually in and out pretty fast, which we really like. It's disappointing because the product itself shows real talent, but customer service and professionalism matter just as much. When I was about 6 weeks out from my wedding I contacted the owner to touch base, finalize the order and make final payment. I received a text saying she would call me later that day and I never received a call back. I called and text several times with no return calls. I finally had to get another baker to guarantee a cake for my wedding. I am out my deposit and never received a call back. Do not use this baker. She is unprofessional and discourteous.
