THE BEST for car repairs at a reasonable cost. My boyfriend needed a new hood and they did the most beautiful paint job on the car. We were planning to sell the car immediately, and we asked what we should get done to help boost our price. We pointed out all the little things that needed to be fixed, and Rob told us to ignore them all because we would not get a payout. I really appreciated the honesty, as many mechanics would try to get as much money out of you as possible. These people are truly looking for repeat business, and they've got mine. They recommend that we buff it and wet sand the car, which we agreed to. When we got the car back, it looks brand-new and the paint looks amazing! It even made my fiancé wonder whether he should actually sell his car or not. When we did sell it, we got away better price than we were expecting, and it's all due to the great work that they did. I brought my Audi in to replace and repaint the bumper. First off, the team searched to find me the best deal. When I agreed to the quote, they ordered the part and asked me to come in when they received it. They replaced and repainted the bumper within one day and it looks FANTASTIC!!They also buffed and repainted a scratch that was on the side of my car for free!! I will NEVER go to another auto shop again. They did an incredible job replacing the door skin on my Infiniti G35 (a more difficult job than it sounds due to the annoyance of the multi-layer pearl coat) within a reasonable time frame. However, after the car was finished, they informed me that they had accidentally buffed a few small areas too hard (or before the paint was fully dry - something like that). They showed me the areas and said I could either leave the car there for another day or bring it in on a future day to have it redone, free of charge. The reason I'm giving such a positive review even though they technically messed something up is because these "mistakes" were so minuscule that I even had trouble spotting them when they pointed them out to me! They could have easily gotten away with the mistake, but they had integrity about it. Furthermore, when I brought it back, they went out of their way to right the mistake. They buffed my horribly fogged headlights to a cleanliness I hadn't seen since I got the car new and even touched up minor chips on the hood and front bumper that were unrelated to the door replacement, free of charge. When I got in the car, I was amazed to find that they had left me the almost-full touch-up paint for future chips. Sure, they probably didn't have a need for it, but it was still really nice for them to give it to me. Lastly, both times my car left the shop, it looked like I had paid a fortune to clean it. I've brought other cars here, so I can tell you that this is not something they only did because of the mistake made with my car. Also, they are family owned and TRULY bilingual - a rarity in Miami! In an unusual and uncharacteristically female driver moment, I killed one of my rearview mirrors while backing out of a parking garage. These folks replaced it for me in 10 minutes or so. The service was speedy and friendly. I have a 1 year guarantee on the repair which doesn't hurt either. Had just moved to Miami and got into an accident causing minor cosmetic damage to my 2013 VW Passat. I originally went here for the estimate but ended up going to another place recommended by the insurance, that was a mistake after dropping off the check I waited three weeks and the other place hadn't even orders the parts for my car. So I called Brian at A Auto tech he told me to stop by and immediately remembered who I was and said he could get the parts ordered the next day. He also had me scheduled to drop my car off on the 9th but said he would get me in earlier if possible. Well Saturday I got a call asking if I could drop my car off on Monday the 2nd which of course I did. It was estimated at a 3 day job but was ready yesterday (Wednesday the 4th) also when I dropped it off there was some added damage which had happened Sunday that was repaired as well. Picked up may car it looked better then ever and they cleaned the inside and outside spotless. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone 5 star service all the way!! read more

First of all, every staff member I interacted with was polite and helpful above and beyond the norm. Secondly, they had multiple people do estimates for my car based on their abilities, so I ended up with the best price possible. Now don't get me wrong - it wasn't all that cheap compared to other places' estimates - but this is a case for which I firmly believe that you get what you pay for. Third, and most important, they did an amazing job on my car. I had some damage on the front of my 2012 Mustang as well as a huge dent and tons of scratches on the rear quarter panel, and I can honestly say that they made it look brand new. I was so excited when I got the car back! Also, this is secondary to their fantastic body work of course, but they really did an amazing job cleaning the car before I got it back; it was basically like it had been fully detailed. Have to admit the attention to customer service (calling with updates etc) was a bit unsettling because you just don't find it in Miami. Everyone here was nice. I think that was the best part of my experience. For such a high priced place, the body work and paint job was pretty shabby. I've had better body work and paint jobs from a guy working out of a little warehouse in Hialeah. My best body work experience so far is though the toyota dealerships. Anyway, these people are over priced for the work they do. I called Deel Volvo to ask who they use and they sent me to A Auto. I sent my Volvo there and they had it for 2 months. My rental through the insurance ran out and we had no car. The manager was nice enough to provide us with a car until ours was done. I really expected an exceptional job done on my car, especially since they took so long. I was VERY disappointed. Less than a month after getting the body work done (I had seen some weak spots in the paint job) the paint started chipping from where they had painted. Also, you could tell there was no love in their work. You could tell they used second market parts and my insurance comapany said they paid for brand new parts. Paid this shop around $7-8,000 for the job and I ended up with painfully obviously used parts and chipping paint. I cannot say that I would ever recommend them. Huge disappointment. Next time, I'll go back to the guy in the warehouse. His work was beautiful. read more

I had a small fender bender where a woman pulled into the side of my car while pulling out of her street parking spot. State Farm, her insurance, made things incredibly easy. They told me I could either get an estimate and take it to get repaired somewhere, or I could use one of their preferred providers and not have to put down a penny of my own money. I was a little nervous that the "preferred providers" would be junk, but when I started looking at reviews, A Auto Tech looked great (except for the two reviews on this page, which seem to be the exception). And they were! I had a serious dent in my passenger side fender, and scraping on the side mirror and all along the passenger side. They were flexible in when I could get my car appraised, which was a very quick process (less than 15 minutes). They called the very next day to say the part had arrived, and I could drop my car off whenever. I stopped by on Tuesday during my lunch break - their partnership with Enterprise is great, as it allows sort of a one-stop-shopping to make sure I wasn't lacking a vehicle for any time at all. State Farm paid for that too. On Wednesday evening, they called to say my car was done. 1.5 days! To replace a fender, buff out the side doors, repair the mirror, and repaint everything, not to mention blending the paint colors! And I tell you, it's immaculate! The work seems to have been done flawlessly (okay, there's a small paint chip still missing from my mirror, but I know they'd fix it if I brought it up - I just wanted my car back, though). So quick, so friendly, and my car is IMMACULATE! They cleaned both the outside and inside better than I've seen it in over a year. Thank you, thank you! read more

If there was a 0 stars rating I would use it. Went for a minor rapair (rear quarted panel dent, cracked tailight) on my Toyota Tacoma pick up truck. Some guy came out from the office to look at it. I told him I had the estimate from the other driver's insurance company plus the check. He told me that for the estimate he could only install an aftermarket (not Toyota) or a used tailight, and that I needed to deal with the insurance company myself. The whole thing lasted about 10 minutes. I guess it was "too small a job" for him. Figured I would just put that out there for someone to benefit from. Caveat emptor! read more

You basically feel like family with the employees there, and the work that they do is honestly in my mind the best work that you could ever get on a vehicle in Miami.
