The perfect gravy is essential chicken, beef, or mushroom gravy is acceptable. A cheese "curd" so soft and ready to melt it's pre sweating with anticipation. Gravy must be hot enough to melt all the curds before the box it's served in is opened for inspection. So what kind of poutine did I get? A grade A grand slam baby. It was almost perfect less a couple fries that could have been turfed instead of smothered in gravy but heh, not expecting perfection.
