It's something that will greatly change the experience. Both times I've been there the staff do not work efficiently. The orders of just donuts should take a minute or two. However, I believe they operate to complete the order and move to the next. The cash register prompts to give gratuity but the staff really don't do much besides take your order. The Ube boba has a weird aftertaste. And the cup (though cool) isn't great for navigating to get all the boba. Overall, I really want this place to thrive here.
