I really liked the bar & atmosphere. The patio looked nice but right in the busy street with construction so we elected to sit at the bar. There is a separate party/meeting room with a large screen tv if you are interested in renting out the space. Our bartender, Malik, was very friendly and attentive. He made a nice Old Fashion. Next time we are in town we will stop in for dinner and check out the food.

I was there today to waste some time before a chat with my mother's care team at Mayo, and really enjoyed the place. Lunch was a delicious, crispy, indulgent beef quesadilla and a refreshing gin gimlet. The price was right. The gimlet was chilly and strong. And the quesadilla was perfectly griddled, brimming with melty cheese and seasoned beef.

I was surprised that my prime rib melt was so good. The meat is well done (not my favorite) but not dry. With great mushrooms and cheesy, it was a hit. The onion rings here are a don't miss. Do you know how when you bite into an onion ring and it pulls out the onion so you just have batter left? Not here! Every amazing bite of the lightly battered rings was perfect. Bunnies coconut cake to go and it was delicious. Service was great too!

I'd suggest…read morelooking at their menu before walking in as my jaw must have dropped as the cashier was kindly asking me if I was ready to order. I ended up getting a combo burger meal, some cheese curds, and cookies and cream custard. The burger was delicious. The thing that took me by surprise was the breaded, deep-fried cheese curds. These were so flavorful. Imagine the best deep fried cheese stick you've ever had and multiply that by four as there is four times as much surface area to coat with that delicious breading. The custard was also fantastic. It's like a McDonalds blizzard, but creamier and more flavorful.

We were enjoying our food and then some lady came up and talked to us. She was very nice. Then, the next thing we knew she was freaking out on the employees about having to get in an elevator to go to the basement to go to the bathroom to wash her hands. She was demanding her money back because she said someone could have sex trafficked her. Seriously...um probably NOT!!! I do know that this woman wrote a NASTY review and we do not feel it's justified. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, however, not at the expense of someone else. The employees handled the situation with great respect and immediately remedied the situation. I was standing at the counter while it was happening.

My wife had the Turkey breast, I had the pepperoni pizza meatball sub, which I believe is a "limited time" menu item. We both enjoyed our subs and I'd love to see the pizza meatball sub become a regular menu item. I think they have the best subs in Rochester, certainly better than the competition, in my experience. The menu includes sandwiches, soups and a few sides. There are several items I'd still like to try. The order process is smooth. I ordered through the website and was able to easily customize both our subs, as well as reorder from our previous visit. Even earned some points. Based on what we got, it looks like we'll have enough points for a free item after about 4 visits. That's not bad. Prices, for what you get, are reasonable. No issues there. The folks working there during my visits were very friendly and welcoming. And they got my order right both times, which I appreciated. My order was ready right when I arrived both times. Overall, it is a bright, clean restaurant, with plenty of parking and a nice location. There is a drive through, which I haven't used. All in all, a very good experience and I'll surely be back.

The staff was very courteous and friendly. The hot sauce bar is a great idea but how often do these bottles get changed and checked/cleaned ? I still prefer Jimmy Johns .
