Because my family loves the food from here. The burgers are everything you'd want in a smash burger -- flavorful, cooked to perfection, a good portion, and lots of tasty toppings. The fries are also seasoned well -- my kids usually don't like french fries, but they devour the ones from here. The staff is terrific, and the music inside is great, too. So, if don't let the first visual impression of the interior get to you, you'll be in for a great meal.

They aren't wrong for advertising on their sign out front "world famous fries"-- it may be hyperbole but they oughta be world famous! Anyway, we were hungry for lunch and a crispy chicken burger and fries sounded like the hot ticket. My friend ordered through their mobile app so we could just zip through the drive thru and pick it up to take it back to her place. The employee working the drive thru was friendly and efficient. I enjoyed every bite. I also got the funnel Cake fries because really who can resist? I ate them several hours later so I don't think I can fairly review them... they'd gone kind of stale by the time I got to them. Lots of powdered sugar though! Anyway, trust I'm gonna be craving Rally's in the near future... I better see if there's even a location near where I live in Minnesota, lol.

My only actual knock was that it took me close to 20 minutes to get my food. Now for the good stuff. Even though it took a while, every worker was friendly and apologetic about the wait. I had the #7. The chicken sandwich was as good as one from a sit down chain. It was a good size and crispy, with lots of pickles, lettuce, and mayo. The fries were really good as well. Beer battered with lots of spice and taste. Overall way better than I anticipated, based on the reviews.

The Rivera and Toyota are two of their core cheesesteak options (not specials), each with different toppings, and both were excellent. The bread-to-meat ratio is dialed in perfectly--soft roll, generous meat, and nothing overwhelms anything else. Every bite holds together, which is harder to find than it should be. I also tried the lug nuts (fried mushrooms) and fries. The lug nuts weren't my personal favorite, but the fries were solid. What really locked in the 5 stars was the service--friendly, attentive, and genuinely checking in without hovering. Skip the overthinking and order a cheesesteak. Carhops sticks to its strengths, and it shows. Bring CASH- only acceptable form on payment.

Entire restaurant covered by one single individual, both bar and eating areas, and she was awesome - but still ended up being a very slow process. Ordered the boneless wing special and the wings were clearly of the frozen variety and sauce "mid" at best, not fully coated. Portions were generous, but I wouldn't generally recommend this place as a standout among 2-3 similar places within a couple blocks. Meh. Biggest concern was that there was a table near us with children that weren't being controlled and they were literally screaming and irritating all the tables, but the parents or restaurant was not doing anything about it - couldn't even hear our own conversation. Not cool at all to allow that - watched people leave due to the noise levels.

My wife got the bacon yinzer burger (apparently all items with 'yinzer' in the name have mac and cheese on them). Went with lighter chips instead of fries. Others in our party got the yinzer quesadilla (this one probably would have been just fine without mac and cheese; it didn't quite fit) and the sausage sandwich (a big hit; lots of red sauce if that is your thing). My kids had the chicken tenders and hot dog, plus fries. All were a-ok for kiddo menu items.
