I ordered food from them twice, I won't be ordering a 3rd. The chicken was completely burnt! Absolutely inedible!

This location does a good job on food quality and preparation. They are not the most accommodating when it comes to the guests needs. I enjoyed my spicy chicken sandwich, but did not get a napkin in my to go bag. Post order I decided I wanted a buttermilk biscuit, but I was told that it does not come with my combo meal. Couldn't they have just charged me for the xtra biscuit? I dunno, but I was denied the biscuit I so desperately wanted. Anyways, the food is well cooked and the service is o.k. What can I say , go through the drive-through to be told to sit in the parking lot with 15 other cars, that just came thru the same loop! There is a pandemic... I'm just glad there's a KFC close. I've never dined in so I can't speak to that. The drive through food quality is always at least decent but what brings my review down is the nonexistent customer service. Don't get me wrong, this is nowhere near as bad as the Browns hill road Wendy's (don't get me started), but it's just seriously like I've talked to more polite and alive robots. read more

It's not that bad here and I find it cleaner than other KFCs I've been to. It's never been terribly busy whenever I come. It's just a quiet atmosphere where you can enjoy your food. Customer service is okay. read more

Went to the drive thru at 8:30 they were out of EVERYTHING except some chicken, Cole slaw and green beans. They had no biscuits, popcorn chicken nothing. I asked for a 16 piece just chicken since they had NO sides I received 8 pieces and a fork. My mother in law was charged full price for a 3 piece meal with only Cole slaw and a drink. The people that work at this KFC are the worst. I always use the drive thru when I visit. There is a tall, white man who is insanely rude - he seriously has some issues. Also, there is a black woman with long braids who wouldn't win any personality prizes either. Food is not bad but it's not worth the horrible attitudes customers must endure. read more

Go before 1PM because after that they completely stop rotating food and it just gets worse and worse with each shift change. I've had a few good experiences here and then twice as many average/bad experiences. This is the type of place to mess your food up and get a attitude with you cause you pointed it out. If you need something quick to hold you over then stop in but I'd say your life will be just fine if you never ate here. read more
