Rick is one of the few who is not only a craftsman, but is also a man of integrity. We had a glitch with some of the work one of his subcontractors did, and he made it right. I really appreciated that. From the first meeting, to the last, he is prompt, professional, considerate, and he does flawless work. He and his brother took great care in ensuring our home was protected during the entire process. It took me several months to find someone who could do this job, and I'm so grateful to have gorgeous mahogany windows from Arellano's Wood Windows!

Project manager Mark Kobzanets took careful measurements, suggested options for windows from Milgard and Marvin, and gave us accurate estimates on lead times, especially for the octagonal window which required custom manufacturing work from Marvin. The price quote was competitive with the other companies we had solicited bids from. Mark also worked with the City of San Francisco building department on our behalf to obtain permits and inspections, as well as dealing with the city when some of our style choices were not acceptable with city regulations. For an existing window in need of repair, Mark told us how we could work with Milgard to get it replaced under warranty. Installers Simon and Yuri were very professional. They respected the property during the installation, expertly mounted the windows and doors including adding a structural post to the corner of the house. They also did exquisite craftsman work on the window trim. The windows look great, are quieter, and seal the house better. We are very happy with the results and the experience working with Window Replacement Center. We would hire them again without hesitation.
