I booked a 2-hour brush-up lesson with a driving test accompaniment for $300. The instructor who showed up was a Mexican woman who couldn't speak English and arrived 15 minutes late. In the middle of the lesson, she said she needed to eat and drink and requested a 10-minute break. Even though my test was at 3:00 PM, she rushed me at 2:20 PM saying there wouldn't be any parking, so in total, I only got about one hour of actual instruction. All she did was drive around on the road without giving any useful feedback. Whenever there was something urgent, she would speak Spanish, which I couldn't understand. If you don't want to waste your time and money, I would not recommend this place. Manuel was the one who answered my call when I booked, and he can speak English, but don't be fooled--he is not the one who will actually teach you. read more

Very unprofessional place. I paid for my kid for 3 driving lessons. The driver arrived 20 mins late with another student in the vehicle. I called spoke with a man by the name of Manuel super rude told me the driver was also a student and was about to get dropped off. I was never told there would be two students in the vehicle. I was not told this in the beginning. I said he did which was a lie. Of course I cancelled the lessons right away. Very disappointing and the instructor did not spoke a word of English. I was disappointed in the overall teaching my child received. There was not very much verbal instructions. I even asked if they could give more verbal instructions to my daughter and my daughter said they didn't. The parking practice was very minimal, less than 30 minutes (I think that is being giving). My daughter has no idea how to park. This was the main reason I payed for lessons, my daughter is over 18 and did not need to take it. Their people are nice, a man and a woman. They have a pretty thick accent, my daughter had a hard time understanding. This is not a judgement, just stating a fact. They got us in for an appointment within a few days. They picked up and dropped off which was great. The price was lower than most, so I can say you get what you pay for. read more

My son just took the class and these people were very wonderful to him! They took their time and they could tell he was nervous so they were great with the encouragement. They take the kids through the routes that the DMV will take them through to get the child familiar. Also don't worry they won't candy coat things for you. If your child needs another lesson before they're ready to take their drivers test they will tell you. I appreciate that because we don't want our kids to get hurt on the road. Where do I beginning I first I came across this driving school years ago and took some lessons which were affordable and worth it. Eventually life happened and I put my license on hold. This year I decided no more procrastinating and reached out to Victor to request to rent a vehicle for the test as I didn't have access to a car w/o a check engine light on, Victor encourage me to keep driving until my test date and to come to get the vehicle 1 hr before my test, upon arrival instructor Petra took me through possible test routes which helped me built more confidence, she also test me on my parallel parking which thank god cause they test on that and I passed with only 2 errors! One of the best driving schools I have ever been to. I went to one before and it wasn't that good but this one is amazing. I took 6 lessons in the morning, was accompanied to the driving exam, and they let you use the car they teach you in! So calm, professional, patient and kind. They truly want you to learn! Do yourself a favor a choose a different school. Please just choose a different one. The driving instructor was so rude. And would always be like ok ok ok ok she never try to correct you when you made a mistake. Even though she gave good tips to the drivers test. Terrible customer service. The lady didn't even introduce herself she seemed to be in a rush even though I paid for 2 hours. When we got back from the first time going around the area she told me to get out of the car then in less than a minute she said "ok let's go" then she had me drive around to pick up her students like I was a taxi for her. Wow. I had gone to this driving school years ago and had a rude instructor who insulted me on my driving even though at the time I was a STUDENT. However I let it go.. Not surprised that today the man at the front desk said something prejudiced when there was a misunderstanding, and no record of classes that were bought for my brother this year. Said that "all Black People are angry. That's just how we are ". Wow stereotyping at its best..Not surprised there havent been more complaints. If someone has a concern and seems upset about no record of over $300 in classes.. why resort to the racism? Go somewhere else and save yourself the trouble. read more

Very disappointed. First I tried calling to scheduling an appointment for driving lessons for my daughter, a guy answer and said he had to go and couldn't help me and just hung up on me. I called back again and their was no answer. Finally I decided to go in person and schedule the appointments. So, here she is waiting for her first day of driving lessons and nobody shows up. Plus the person who helped us schedule the appointments is extremely rude, and changes his name every time. He says his name is Victor then Manuel, and I was told by him that their are only two persons working in this location. A lady and him. I need to talk to the owner of this place. I don't know what all of the good reviews are about because I did not even get a chance to make an appointment. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude and said I was trying to "mess with his mind" when I was asking questions about the courses. They were simple questions anyone would ask who wants to take the courses, and I would have signed up if he had not proceeded to insult me by referring to me as "these people" after thinking I was messing with his mind somehow. read more

I wish I had read the reviews before giving them my money. For one, they are very disorganized with scheduling their students. Secondly, I felt like I barely learned anything. I learned a few things, but I bought 6 hours and they didn't even teach me how to parallel park or go on the freeway. I was working on my right turns and the teacher got upset at me over using the gas when she was pressing the break apparently. She told me "why are you pressing the gas? Do you not see me pressing the brakes? Why are you pressing the gas then?" And honestly I was pretty embarrassed because I am a student still learning. I would recommend taking your money elsewhere even if they are a bit more expensive, but that was my fault. Please read the reviews! I now have to probably buy another 4 hours at another business because they weren't providing me the knowledge that I needed. read more

On 7.2.20 at around 12 noon I contacted this school regarding a payment made prior to the covid shutdown. The Hispanic male could not locate my info and I became upset because I thought I lost my $334.00. He replied That's the way black.people are, and he was going to report me to the DMV (for a type of violation I never heard of). I immediately drove down to the school to prove my payment with video in hand. He stated that the man who answered the phone and made racist remark had left. I knew it was him by his accent, and sound of his voice.This racist is Hispanic, about 5 feet 5 nches tall and heavy set. My race had nothing to do with this situation and to threatened to call DMV and make false reports makes it worse. I can only imagine how many false reports he has made against Black African Americans . If you have zero tolerance for racism then do not utilize this driving school. Try AP Driving school In Irvine instead ( names are similar..but customer service is excellent). read more

Would recommend. Alex helped me a lot with learning the basic fundamentals of driving. The school was very flexible and friendly.

I paid for the six hour classes. Yeah it's pretty good price and they pick you up so that was pretty good. But I do have a couple complains, twice they wasted my time to go put gas which I think they should have the car ready before hand. Oh, she brought me back 10 mins early. DON'T WASTE MY MINUTES I PAID FOR. MY instructor seemed miserable, get a new job. She was on her phone not even watching what I'm doing. I had to ask her myself to teach me how to parallel park, because all she had me doing was turn left right. Anyways so I wasn't happy I called to make this complain and they lady who answered said she will have the instructor call hahaha omg really ok whatever it's been a whole week and haven't got a called back. My grandma had called and she has Alzheimer's disease. She asked questions and gets confused herself. The man that she was on the phone with told her that "she is driving him crazy". She then called me crying. And he called me informing me that she called him and confused him. He did not mention the part where he called her crazy. So I had to call him back and let him know how unprofessional and rude that was. His defense line was "I did not know she was sick." I took the 6 hour driving course and I didn't find it particularly fruitful. I get really nervous on the road and I didn't feel that the driving instructor helped ease my nerves. She told me to drive when she picked me up even though I had never driven on the road before. I almost hit a car at one point during one of the lessons. It was really bad. However, the instructor did teach me the basics. She told me I needed more practice, something both her and I agreed, but I feel like I could have practiced on my own. Other than practicing a few driving techniques like parking on a curb, reversing, changing lanes, etc for the very first time on the road, I did not feel I got my money's worth. Perhaps someone with a different instructor had a better experience. read more
