Called around 11am on a friday and asked if they can do a smog check for a 1996 vehicle. They said yes! Technician was polite and professional. Before I could make a decision, one of my rotors unfortunately snapped while driving, and I immediately called P&W. They ordered the parts the same day and had my car fixed within about 5 hours, replacing all four brake pads and all four rotors for around $1100. This seemed reasonable compared to the BMW dealership quote of $800 for just the rear brake pads alone. Dennis also did a thorough inspection, pointed out a few future issues to keep an eye on, and told me he'd keep everything noted in my file for when I'm ready to tackle those repairs.
