If you're buying your pasta or sauce at the grocery store stop right there. If you're cooking at home and planning on making pasta you need to get down to the LAB and pick up your freshly home made pasta and sauce they are fantastic. Located in the Village at Lake Las Vegas next to the Hilton.

A&M Pasta in Lake Las Vegas is a hidden gem that I recently discovered, and it has quickly become one of my favorite spots. Owned by the nicest couple Aily & Mike. Their dream came true, due to Mike's love of making pasta. Their homemade pasta was incredibly fresh and has a delightful, authentic taste that you just can't find in store-bought varieties. The pasta sauces are rich and bursting with flavor, perfectly complementing the pasta. Overall, A&M Pasta offers a wonderful takeout experience with high-quality, homemade Italian dishes. This is a take and bake or cook fresh pasta business located in the village behind the Hilton in Lake Las Vegas, the ambience is open, clean and fresh, and this is my second visit here because the first time every ingredient I bought was so incredibly fresh and delicious. The people that work there are so helpful and friendly, and are super knowledgeable about which of their made from scratch sauces will go best with their freshly made pastas. They have a wide variety of authentic Italian vinegar and oils as well and amazing cannellonis, they even have fresh squid ink spaghetti. I have had their spicy pasta sauce, as well as their fresh made beef and pork meatballs in red sauce. Everything is so incredibly fresh and flavorful. It's definitely worth the trip to Lake Las Vegas to visit them!

Pasta Lab has completely revolutionized how I cook at home. Their fresh pasta is a culinary game-changer, turning even the simplest of meals into something extraordinary. The texture, flavor, and craftsmanship of their products are unmatched--truly restaurant-quality pasta that you can enjoy in your own kitchen. Their pappardelle, in particular, deserves a special shoutout. When I paired it with my homemade cinghiale ragù, the dish transformed into something spectacular. The wide, silky ribbons of pasta absorbed the rich, earthy flavors of the sauce perfectly, creating a harmony that took my cooking to new heights. It was a meal that felt as if it belonged in trattoria. Whether you're making a classic carbonara, a simple butter and sage sauce, or an ambitious ragù, Pasta Lab's fresh pasta elevates every dish to an art form. If you're passionate about cooking, do yourself a favor and make Pasta Lab a staple in your kitchen--you won't regret it! Skip the Italian place next door! That place is a dump run by gypsies.......Head to pasta lab and grab some stuff to go!

We stumbled upon this hidden gem while leisurely strolling through Lake Las Vegas. The delightful aroma wafting from the shop instantly caught our attention, so we decided to step inside for an oil and vinegar tasting. Chef Michael greeted us--he was both knowledgeable and kind. We initially left with a bottle of oil, a vinegar, and a hazelnut cannoli (which was absolutely delicious). We enjoyed it all so much that we came back to pick up fresh pasta, sauces, and cheese. Chef Michael even walked us through how to prepare each pasta and sauce. We loved every bite!

The pizza is outstanding. The crust is perfectly cooked with just the right texture, the sauce is flavorful without overpowering the toppings, and the ingredients always taste fresh and high quality. It's one of those pizzas where every bite is just as good as the first. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. They also offer a great variety of pizzas, so there's something for everyone. If you enjoy sangria, I highly recommend ordering a glass--it pairs perfectly with the pizza and is one of my favorites. Luna Rossa Ristorante…read more 15 Via Bel Canto Henderson, NV 89011 (3 Stars) Thankfully, the food was above average because the drive to Lake Las Vegas--and the hike to the restaurant--is absolutely interminable. Whoever designed this promenade was either a rookie architect or exceptionally evil. There is essentially no convenient parking. The available parking is downhill from the restaurants and shops, which means after you've parked, you're rewarded with an uphill hike. From September through May that's merely annoying. At 115 degrees... It's punishment. In fact, I think I've figured out why this place is so empty. When I arrived, I honestly thought I had stumbled into an abandoned ghost town. I was the only person walking anywhere in the entire village. I finally made it to Luna Rossa, desperately needing water. Thankfully, my server Julia was quick on the draw. She had water in front of me almost immediately, and I probably drank half the glass without taking a breath. I ordered the Caesar Salad followed by the Veal Piccata. The Caesar started with a minor disappointment. The croutons tasted like Pepperidge Farm's best, but thankfully the lettuce was crisp, fresh, and the dressing was flavorful enough to pull the salad back into respectable territory. The Veal Piccata looked a little murky when it arrived, but looks can be deceiving. The sauce had excellent flavor, the veal was tender, and overall it was a very enjoyable entrée. I seriously considered ordering a cocktail. Then I remembered I still had to survive the hike back to my car in triple-digit heat. Hydration won. Besides, the female bartender looked very...very...very...miserable. Maybe it was the heat. Maybe it was the ghost town. Maybe that's just her personality. Either way, she wasn't exactly inspiring me to linger over a drink. Big Boy Says... The food is above average. The parking is terrible. The walk is worse. Between the lack of convenient parking, the uphill hike in the Las Vegas heat, and an atmosphere that felt deserted, this simply isn't a restaurant I'd recommend making a special trip to visit. I suffer...so you don't have to. Overall Rating: (3 Stars)

Joey's burger which is actually their version of a Big Mac was ok. It is not something I would order again or recommend as it was the worst thing I've ever had at Giuseppe's. It was that bad I had to say it twice because it was tasteless even without the bread. It just was not good at all. The eggplant parm appetizer and the Antipasto Salad were really good. They both fed 3 people easily. My friend said the Rigatoni Italiano was really good and my other friend had the Patty Melt which looked a lot better than the Joey's burger and he said it was really good. The meat is fantastic, the bun is excellent, but I'm just not a special sauce kind of person. All they need to do to make their burger really awesome is to carry some BBQ sauce. That's it. This entire establishment does not contain any form of BBQ sauce. Don't get me wrong, I am not somebody who would ever put it on a good steak! But burgers, wings, fries, this place offers a number of things that could be elevated by keeping a few bottles of BBQ in the fridge. Just give me the option, you don't even need to list it on the menu. I used to love the beef stroganoff that they had for a while, but I guess it must not have been popular because they got rid of it. It seems that in it's place they started offering a Shepards pie. I was excited about this meal until it arrived and the potatoes were filled with cheese. A Shepards pie does not traditionally have any cheese. So it is probably a good idea for the menu to mention that it is in there. In any case, I tried to order it sans the cheese but I guess it is pre mixed into the mash or something. They cant make it with no cheese. :( Lastly, and most depressingly, they took the shrimp appetizer off of the happy hour menu! This was a real kick-in-the-dick for me. I have probably came to BLVD Grille at least 10 times in the last year specifically because the happy hour $5 shrimp appetizer was so outstanding. I am genuinely depressed that they took it off the happy hour menu. I haven't tried the steaks yet, I want to, but most days, I'm just looking for some shrimp, a side of fries and a drink. I haven't given up on this place yet, but I feel like I'm losing my favorite menu items one by one.
