One of the worst businesses I have ever come across. A&M was assigned to me by LG in response to a service request on my LG OLED TV. I sent pictures of the issue I was facing, and Yan responded with a canned statement saying he "contacted LG" and that my issue was normal and gaslit me by saying that it was "in spec" and "wasn't effecting normal viewing experience". I said it did, in fact, affect my normal viewing experience, or I wouldn't be complaining about it, and it was unacceptable for a $1500 TV. Yan said he "contacted LG again" and that "there was nothing to be done". I assumed there was nothing I could do, and dropped it. A few weeks later, a specialist from LG called me to ask how my service experience was. I told her everything that happened, and she said that they NEVER received contact from anyone at A&M in regards to my case, let alone that they said my TV was normal. Within a few days, I had a first-party LG Employee come look at my TV, and he immediately said that my problem was way out of spec and my TV panel was replaced a few days later without issue. Yan is a joke who lies to and gaslights everyone he comes across. If an entire page of 1 stars isn't enough to sway you to PLEAD whoever assigned A&M to you for someone else, best of luck. read more

Word of advice DO NOT use this company to have them fix anything. HH gregg referred me to them to fix my TV back in September. The tv still is not fixed, but I don't blame HH Gregg because when I reported this to them they gave me full store credit to come in an pick out any TV that I wanted. I was able to get a brand new smart TV plus 5 year waranty for the same price as I paid for just the HD TV 4 years ago. I have contacted A&M electronics to have them return the parts from the tv that he took while "trying" to fix it. He does nothing but talk down to his customers so I decided to take matters into my own hands and contacted Toshiba to inquire about getting the parts that he supposedly sent to them but they don't have him on their list of service providers so they don't know who he sent the parts too. My next call is to the BBB and report him for fraud. All I want is my parts that he took returned. read more

Rude, dishonest owner. Incredibly hard to reach and doesn't return phone calls. When you do reach him, he says he's unavailable. Avoid at all costs. I called LG to have my warranty service assigned to another company. Wouldn't trust this guy in my home for a second. read more

This is easily the worst business I have ever encountered. They have failed to do an approved warranty repair for over 3 months. My part is available and they will not take delivery. The manufacturer has attempted to Contact them but they do not answer their phone and they have not ever returned any of my 20 plus voicemails . I have a large plasma television for few years which recently stopped working. On phoning your company, I was immediately attended to without being put on hold by a very pleasant and knowledgeable person who named himself Yan. He assured me that a technician would be with me within 24 hours to assess the problem. I was most stunned when within the same day he came to my house and fixed the problem. This is the absolute worst business I've ever had to deal with. Like all the other reviews on here, I got the approval through the manufacturer (LG) to have my TV repaired. I called and spoke with the owner who told me he'd have the OLED panel ordered and as soon as it arrived he'd be out to install. Well, that was 5 months ago in November 2018. It is now April and still, NOTHING! Each time I called about the status of my order, he'd either tell me he's on the road and to call back the next morning as he did not have access to a computer, or he's just the "engineer" that installs the parts but has absolutely no information about the order. I find that pretty hard to believe. How are you able to submit the order but not have any info about the item - no confirmation number not even an arrival date for the part?! He's also said to me, "What's your rush, the pixel is out but your TV still works?" This is absolutely no way to run a business or speak to customers. Horrible and unprofessional service. Argumentative, disorganized, lies, false statements, outdated everything (cannot make a copy without carbon paper), unskilled at fixing anything, ruins electronics, falsifies information. How he is even in business is a mystery to me. He is bordering on fraudulent business practices. I brought in a computer tower for replacement of the hard drive, where Yan (A & M Electronics) was a listed service provider. The computer was working but the HD was dying. Yan managed to destroy the computer and render it unusable. Yan (A & M Electronics) changed his story multiple times as to why the HD part did not arrive and how he had my computer for almost a month. He had the specs of the computer but managed to get the wrong part several times. He could not hook up my tower to his old outdated monitor because he did not have an adapter or an LCD monitor. This guy is supposed to fix modern equipment? My warranty company called him several times and Yan changed his story each time. When I picked up the computer because it was "ready", I asked to see it on, and Yan said he was in a hurry for a service call and that my computer worked last night. He didn't know if it worked now!!!! Of course, when I got it home, it did not even boot up. He destroyed something so simple to replace! Yan (A & M Electronics) was selected via a phone book by ServicePro for computer services. They have removed him as a service provider. My warranty company has removed him as a service provider. Yan faked a name change so as not to talk with my warranty company when they inquired about the repair status and ruin of my computer system. He is the only one working in the shop and he is never there. You will wait forever to have anything done, if it's done correctly at all, with various excuses. I called him one day and he put the phone down while another customer came in the shop. The customer said that Yan did not replace a power supply in a tv and the tv did not work now. Yan argued that he did replace it; the guy said no you didn't, as the same one was in there. The customer yelled for Yan to take whatever he put in the tv out and he'll never be back again. I am reporting him to the Attorney General and township because I believe he has defrauded customers and will continue to do so. Beware! read more
