The Precise team (Moshe, Dino, and Asa) are extremely responsive and easy to work with. Asa did great work in showing us 3D renderings of the plans to give us a sense of what it would like which was super helpful. They also have a great eye for design and functionality and made on-point suggestions that improved the overall project. In addition, they made excellent recommendations for where to purchase various items like the BBQ, heaters, and fireplace. While we had a some bumps and hiccups along the way, the Precise team worked with us to get over those issues quickly and ultimately completed the project on time for us to enjoy it for our daughter's graduation party. Thank you Precise Home Builders for building us our dream backyard!

We've referred him to friends and family, and we would certainly hire Precise again for future projects. Dino is very professional and is on top of the project details. We had worked with another contractor years earlier on a different home project, so I know what it's like to work with a GC who cuts corners and that was not our experience with Dino at all. If his crew ever made a mistake, Dino took responsibility and made the correction. Precise's office was detail-oriented as well, providing us with milestone invoices (and Change Order info) for us to approve before payment. My advice is to have as detailed a plan as possible before you start. We also had hired a designer who helped us decide all the finishes, etc., and Dino worked well with her. Dino also has a good eye for design, and was able to weigh in and provide another opinion when necessary. He even came up with several design elements which we really appreciated. On a personal level, we also enjoyed our interactions with Dino. He's a funny, good guy, who takes pride in his work. That's something many people might not think about, but if you're going to spend months and months (and months) with a GC, it'd really suck if you didn't like being around that person. And when we needed Precise to address an issue or two after we moved in, Dino didn't push back and got his guys on-site to fix the problem. Look, things are almost certainly going to go wrong when you do a home build or large renovation. Budgets may get increased, supplies may get delayed, etc. It can be stressful! So you want someone who can help solve problems and be a partner in the project. We felt Dino was the right partner for our project.

They did a horrible job, broke my chandelier, then never charged me and are now just realizing this half way through 2019 and the owner Mike Schaffer has been sending threatening voicemails. How professional! A YEAR AGO I needed a simple chandelier installation. They sent someone no older than 23 named Scott or Jackson, late at night who had no idea what he was doing. He brought all the wrong tools, couldn't even install the lighting fixture and kept telling me that his boss was saying just finish up and get out already. THE LIGHTING FIXTURE WAS ALREADY INSTALLED! Not to mention I said I would assemble the chandelier parts myself, he just needed to put the chandelier inside the fixture. For two hours he drilled MULTIPLE holes in my ceiling. Then said he didn't have the right tools and he would have to go to Home Depot to buy them. Really? You didn't think to come prepared? He left my apartment for two hours a TOTAL disaster. Dust all over my furniture, tools everywhere and trash covering the floor. SEE THE PICTURE. He then came back and spent another hour just to install the chandelier and BROKE ONE OF THE ARMS! His excuse was "Sorry I don't do this often. They just sent me last minute." Turns out the owner Mike just finds these guys off craigslist! (LOOK AT THE OTHER REVIEWS!) Are you kidding me?! This was such an easy job. FIVE HOURS TOTAL. Should have only taken 30 minutes tops! Then he charged $250. I was quoted for way less and not to mention other chandelier installation companies wouldn't charge even half of that! Two months later the chandelier stopped working! I had to have someone come out and fix it because the wiring was incorrectly installed. The new installation company only charged $100 and took 20 minutes NO HOLES DRILLED. Simple!! They said word for word "who installed this? A kid?!" Then ONE YEAR LATER I get a call from Mike Schaffer, the manager saying they never charged my card?? Are you kidding me?? A YEAR LATER. After this horrible job you couldn't even install a simple chandelier let alone correctly charge a customer. He's been calling my phone nonstop and leaving threatening voicemails. Terrible, incompetent Electricians and even worse management!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I was impressed that he would actually give me an estimate over the phone with just basic details of my house, since other larger companies weren't willing to do so. I actually ended up being wrong about the details that I gave him, and he told me up-front that it would cost more based on the updated details. I really appreciated his honesty since I (and I'm sure all customers) don't like surprises. The technician that came out, Ray, was just as friendly, honest, and professional in his work. He looked at my house, said it should be no problem, and went to work. I ended up installing two outlets - one at my house and one at my girlfriend's house. The price was definitely reasonable and Ray was done in a matter of hours. I'm really pleased with the quality of the work and definitely recommend them.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH !…read more How do I start? In lateJune 2019 I met wIth Nika to start designing my kitchen and bath renovations. It is now January 2020 and my kitchen is still not finished due to iCabinets many their parent company MTD, manufactures of the cabinets. I'll just list the problems since there are so many: 1. Initial order incomplete missing parts, holes drilled in wrong places, hinges were not correct ones. Had to drive 3 hours to LA to get the correct hinges. Arrived home only to find Got home and they were still not right. Unreal. 2. My contractor hired a cabinet installer with 25 yEars experience and he had problems from the very first cabinet. 3. I Received doors and panels four times that were incorrect. Company sent out their employee with wrong parts again. 4 Reps from the manufactures of the hinges and draw glides, , Blum came out to see why drawers would not open and close property. It was determined that in the design stage they choose the wrong type glides for the application. 5 A total of 4 employees over 3 months came out to try to fix the problems with wrong holes drilled in cabinets, twice bringing replacements that were still wrong. 6. I had to drive 2 hours to LA to pick up parts that were forgotten. Twice using my time and gas. The biggest problem was as they sent replacement pieces, and I noticed they were not the correct color white I had ordered. It was determined that they sent the initial Cabinets to me that were not what I ordered. They were a lesser quality and the color was wrong. It was not discovered until after the cabinets were installed. I had to have an entire order of cabinets sent out and installed a second time. At my expense. I could go on and on. The bottom line is that they did not show any signs of concern , and there was never an apology, they did not take responsibility for their mistakes, and never apologized for all of the aggravation this process caused me. I was made to feel like It was my fault. My kitchen was finally finished in February, 2020. and I still have a garage full of extra doors and panels. UPDATE: The contractor who did my job showed me another job he had just finished, when I saw the kitchen cabinets were not complete. I looked at him and said I -cabinets? He said yes but never again. I found out Nika no longer works for the company, and they are still making mistakes for other customers. I write this to let others know my saga. It's you're decision to use them or not, but you have been warned. Save yourself aggravation and unpleasant dealings and go elsewhere.
