BUT NOW, that I've found this place i won't go back (unless its like 1 am and i get the sudden urge to clean my car) Always passed this place thinking it was like every other carwash with machines inside and guys drying your car outside, but it's not. There are ppl inside the structure that do all of the washing by hand. All you have to do is drive thru and stop when they tell you to! Awesome way to feed my laziness! Lol There are 4 levels to their washing which mainly make a difference afterwards. They range from good to ultimate. The posted sign has a clear description of what's included in each. NOTE: Vacuuming is not included in the Good and Better washes... I typically like to go with the Best (only $5 more) but have been alternating with Better, depending on how dirty the inside is. Waiting for a Holiday or special occasion to try the Ultimate wash. TIP: Avoid Saturdays... there is usually a line that can sometimes even block the flow of traffic and This causes the workers to rush. They still do an ok job, but i find the work to be better and more detailed on the other days of the week. Now that I've been spoiled by having ppl hand wash my Baby, i cannot go back to machines, computers, or even doing it myself. It's easy, it's convenient, and they do a great job!!!

I walked around the entire building to find an employee for help I couldn't find anyone. Another dog owner drove up with their pet and said that he had called before bringing his dog today and was told over the phone by the staff that the dog wash was open until 5pm. He also discovered that it was closed. It's incredibly inconsiderate of this business to lie over the phone and say they would be open until 5pm when that wasn't true. We will never return. The other dog owner recommended the dog wash at Tractor Supply in Wallingford. We will be going there from now on for our weekly washes.

Will helped me sign my father up for a membership. After my car wash I was greeted by Lewis who was managing the detailing section. I told him it was my dad's birthday and that I was surprising him with a car wash. I asked him to show me how to use the vacuum which he did, but unexpectedly he offered and went out of his way and helped me clean and vacuum the ENTIRE car! I am so grateful! My car came out sparkling clean! Lewis has such a great personality, very kind, humble and funny! Thank you so much Lewis! I can't afford the membership as it's a little steep. But aside from that I highly recommend this location.

I've been here a few times using the touchless car wash and it's fine enough. I've used the basic…read moreone and the most expensive one and don't notice a difference but it's worked well enough. I only ever use the one with the undercarriage one in the winter and that also seems to work fine enough. I did use the self-wash service (not sure exactly what it's called) and was very disappointed. First time using it and there is a dial with several options (like the services you see in the touchless) but only the soap, rinse, and conditioning work. There are no employees easy to find (both in an easy location and wearing some kind of uniform to make them easily identifiable) so I tried figuring it out myself. I had used the soap option all over my car and then the rinse. I noticed on one side of my car that when I rinsed, foamy bubbles were actually being washed off. The same thing did not happen to the rest of the car when rinsing. I thought maybe the soap had run out so I decided to bring it up to an employee). When I was done (which 12 minutes was about $12 using a debit card btw, no pricing is given for card which is pretty sneaky imo), I approached a worker and explained this to him. He explained that they put very little soap in this soap pressure wash so that's why. It's crazy to me that he admitted that to me and didn't think anything of it. He said that people don't like too much soap when washing their car. I mean, I'm sure that's been a complaint from some people but seems ridiculous to just put very little soap in what's labeled as soap wash (i forget the exact name). I was probably using that option for about 5 minutes to wash my car so to know I was essentially wasting my time and money was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. He said to instead to use the foam conditioner one as that has more soap in it. While I'm glad that something actually has soap in one of these options, it's not advertised so nobody would know any better, wasting their time and money just like me. I went ahead and paid another $12 to use this option as I had been putting off washing my car for a while and wanted to get a better wash. It definitely has more soap in it but still really not great. Really just a huge waste of time and money doing this self washing service. Would not recommend this at all. If anything the touchless is fine and good enough but would not waste my time or money on the self washing. Oh also, if you put the dial on stop, your timer doesn't stop. They just keep charging. Eventually I kept it on the foam when I needed it to stop because if they're charging me I'll waste their money too Hope this helps folks make a better decision and go elsewhere when needing a car wash!! Definitely not worth it here.

The price ($15 for a large SUV) is crazy for a hand wash, attention to detail, hand dry and hussle of these guys. This is a $40 clean back home. Car is amazing. We'll hit this again before I leave town, and miss it until we're back next summer. Their signage CLEARLY stated large SUV's cost more to clean including a very large visual with vehicles sizes, examples, and large font saying large SUV's cost $5 more.

But, for the price, it was a deal. Next time I'm down that way, I'll do what one of the other reviewers suggested and bring a rag to wipe away those last drops.
