My husband and I knew we wanted to buy a used hybrid SUV, but we had a very a limited amount of time to do it in, and with no experience having gone through the used car process before, we were worried that in moving fast we would make a ton of bad decisions. I searched Yelp for reviews (I guess this is a positive review for Yelp too!), was intrigued by the tenor of the reviews here, and gave Randy a call. Already in our first call I knew it would be a good idea to work with him -- he was easy to talk to, generous, and willing to explain a lot to me even before he knew he had me as a client. After we hired him he interviewed us about exactly what we were looking for within what budget, clarified the best strategy for used car purchases, helped us narrow down to the best options we would go look at in person, talked us through the final choice, and negotiated the final price on our behalf.
