I've been here a few times using the touchless car wash and it's fine enough. I've used the basic one and the most expensive one and don't notice a difference but it's worked well enough. I only ever use the one with the undercarriage one in the winter and that also seems to work fine enough. I did use the self-wash service (not sure exactly what it's called) and was very disappointed. First time using it and there is a dial with several options (like the services you see in the touchless) but only the soap, rinse, and conditioning work. There are no employees easy to find (both in an easy location and wearing some kind of uniform to make them easily identifiable) so I tried figuring it out myself. I had used the soap option all over my car and then the rinse. I noticed on one side of my car that when I rinsed, foamy bubbles were actually being washed off. The same thing did not happen to the rest of the car when rinsing. I thought maybe the soap had run out so I decided to bring it up to an employee). When I was done (which 12 minutes was about $12 using a debit card btw, no pricing is given for card which is pretty sneaky imo), I approached a worker and explained this to him. He explained that they put very little soap in this soap pressure wash so that's why. It's crazy to me that he admitted that to me and didn't think anything of it. He said that people don't like too much soap when washing their car. I mean, I'm sure that's been a complaint from some people but seems ridiculous to just put very little soap in what's labeled as soap wash (i forget the exact name). I was probably using that option for about 5 minutes to wash my car so to know I was essentially wasting my time and money was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. He said to instead to use the foam conditioner one as that has more soap in it. While I'm glad that something actually has soap in one of these options, it's not advertised so nobody would know any better, wasting their time and money just like me. I went ahead and paid another $12 to use this option as I had been putting off washing my car for a while and wanted to get a better wash. It definitely has more soap in it but still really not great. Really just a huge waste of time and money doing this self washing service. Would not recommend this at all. If anything the touchless is fine and good enough but would not waste my time or money on the self washing. Oh also, if you put the dial on stop, your timer doesn't stop. They just keep charging. Eventually I kept it on the foam when I needed it to stop because if they're charging me I'll waste their money too Hope this helps folks make a better decision and go elsewhere when needing a car wash!! Very disappointed, I've heard bad things about this Carwash and should have listened. If you want to come here, expect to leave with scratches all over your vehicle. MY BRAND NEW VEHICLE now is damaged. So pissed off. read more

This place is a rip-off... Change machine is " broken" to encourage people to use a debit/credit card and you end up with a charge for more than double what it takes in cash. DON'T DO IT!!! I used to go here years ago for the self -wash. It wasn't ok back then. Then I came here last year for the automated car wash. That was just okay. I wasn't satisfied because my car wasn't fully dry. Tried to go thru the drying part slow to get all the water off, but I guess its on a timer so it stopped and I didn't have any towels with me to finish drying it off. What a waste... So today I call myself saving a few $ and getting a little exercise by washing my own car. First the change machine only accepts 1$ bills, not 5's and 10's as posted... that was the start of project rip-off, luckily I had 4 singles... So they must have called themselves upgrading and putting a new operating machine in each stall. Well it is actually a little further away from the hose and brush that you need to use. Which means more of your time going to change the various settings. , like from scrub to rinse. That was the next part of project rip-off. So I wash my car, using all $4 in change. Normally I would get quarters to extend more time, but bcuz the machine is further and it seemed like the hose was a little shorter(less movement/flexibility), time was definitely an issue. So I see there is a credit card machine attached. So I'm like I'll pay another $3 - $4 to finish rinsing off my car. 3 something is the only price listed. Swipe my card, takes less than 3 minutes to finish and I end up with a $10 charge on my debit/credit card.... WTF??? What a rip-off A few more $ and I could have went to my place to get a hand washing and vacuum. Learned my lesson. I guess that's what I get for cheating on my normal car wash... read more

I have a great experience at budget car wash every time I go get my f150 Lariat Supercrew wash, which is very often. I'm on the monthly plan which is a little over 25 bucks a month. Asa Sammy states a dollar a day helps keep the dirt away. totally priceless quote! The attendants are very professional, especially Al, who is there everyday I believe. This is for their manual car wash. The brush has absolutely nothing at all. Then the credit card takes it twice & I paid double. You get 3:30 per $3.25. At that point just go to an actual car wash that dries your car. read more

I have to wait for more than 15 minutes to wash my car, by 8:00 am no one is there to wash their car and the service attendant was in the room but he came after 15 minutes. Do not go there. read more

Don't go through the car wash. Track scratched my rims and they deny it happened. Made a police report and found out this has happened multiple times. Owner had no interest talking to me would not show up until i told his employee the police were on their way. Didn't even introduce himself or look at me until i stepped up and introduced myself to him. Don't waste your time or money. Taking him to court so he can fix equipment and prevent this from happening to anyone else. read more

Been going to four brothers car wash for about ten years, it's hit or miss I've lost plenty of money going here ether the self wash is not working or the power wash station is frozen, they give me a very hard time refunding me my money or the last time i was there I lost about six dollars at the power wash it was frozen the guy who was there took my info and I never heard from them again this always happens! They do not post there equipment is out of order, they open or close when they feel like it. I've even spoken to the older guy owner, he gave me five free wash on the other car wash, well what it did it tore my wife splash guard off , rip the antenna off and a terrible wash! I like using the touch less wash but I always have to be in fear that ether I am gonna loose more money or there closed!and at times the car wash stops working when I am in there half way through the wash, I work hard for my money so this really bothers me when there equipment don't work properly or at all, and they don't refund my hard working money! You would think after ten years of going there they would be more friendly towards me and refund my money,I only go there cause it's the only touch less car wash around me so I have no choice, but other than that if your willing to loose your cash and not get a refund your at the right place! I so wish new owners would take that place over and run it like a business should be run! read more
