We paid them almost $8,000 and within the past year we have called them several times because the freezer constantly gets warm and stops working. They always come out, check it, make whatever adjustments and then a month later same issue. Memorial Day weekend my manager calls to have them come out because the freezer is excessively loud and one of the fans stopped working. Arctic HVAC's tech shows up and is there for only 5 minutes and says it's fine now. A few days later the temp climbs to 30 degrees. This time we call them back because we are still in warranty, and this time absolutely NO response. We then called another company who came out in a few hours. Diagnosed the problem as a burnt out fan motor due to ice on the coils. They fixed it and I'm out $1,000 because Arctic HVAC Solutions is incompetent and have wasted our time for the last year. I feel that you can tell a lot about a company by talking to the person who answers the phone. Amber quickly inspired confidence in my choice of choosing this company to contact. She answered the phone immediately, was professional and listened to me carefully. She set up an appointment when Tony could visit. And she explained Tony would text me the day of the appointment with the window of time he would be arriving. Love organized and efficient. As per his word, Tony texted me and gave me a 4 to 5:00 p.m. window and showed up on time. For the next hour Tony evaluated the situation by getting a very close look at the problem area. He then went up into the attic for a closer inspection. When he came back he had pictures on his phone and explained what was going on. As it turns out there is an open area in the roof where rain water can get in. This likely created the spot that has now formed. He said it was fixable and would send me an estimate via email. If I agreed with the estimate, I would be added to his schedule. (Luckily this is a very slow leak and the ceiling spot is small.) Tony was professional, knowledgeable, and I was very pleased with choosing him out of many other people. The estimate was received the next morning! I absolutely felt it was fair and reasonable.
