In the Spring, I call them to clean my windows and carpets (i.e. when I had them). They provide a quality service for a reasonable price. More to the point, from the service scheduling to the service providers, they are friendly and customer oriented. They always try to adjust to my crazy schedule. Even if they don't advertise a specific service I need, I would check with them first for a recommendation. They understand the meaning of customer service!!

I am so disappointed. I have given this company my business every 3-4 months for at least the last…read more3 years, but today, they really let me down and I'll never use them again. I spoke with the owner yesterday and made an appt for today, explaining that I work from home on Thursdays and will be home ALL DAY. The owner said that he would be here between 3-4pm. I called him at 12:11pm today just to ask if he could give me a 15-20 heads up of when he would be here so I could assure that all of the items on the floor would be moved and picked up so that I'm ready by the time he got here. I NEVER said that I wasn't home or would be stepping out - only asked for a courtesy heads up. A little after 4pm I pick up my phone to call and check on when he would be here and saw that I had a missed call and message from him at 2:15pm that I didn't know that I had - mostly because I was vacuuming and getting my place ready. I called back and asked when they would be here and the owner said: "Well I called you like you asked me to but you didn't call me back so I figured nobody was there ... and now I'm back in Orangevale!" Ummm.....what?!!!! I live in North Natomas! When I reiterated the purpose of my request to have him call me only as a heads up and that I was home ALL day, and that I even told him yesterday when I made the appointment that I would be home all day, he just kept trying to put the blame on me for not calling HIM back. Even when I said "Why didn't you attempt to call me again?! Or even KNOCK on my door since I had an appointment?!" He just kept repeating that it was my fault for not calling him back. I was beyond upset - and was getting increasingly upset by him blaming me for HIS screw up so it was not a nice conversation. At one point he told me that he didn't appreciate the way I was talking to him (because my tone was understandably harsh), so I said "Well, I don't appreciate you not following through on your agreed-upon obligations!" So he told me... YOU CAN CALL SOMEONE ELSE! And guess what - I did!! Valley Carpet Care will be here tomorrow to perform the service that "All-Pro" didn't follow through on. I spoke with "Ken" who was very professional and understanding of my situation. If anyone is interested, their number is (916) 965-1411. I've never, ever been so disappointed by a service such as this before. I hope this review will help others so that they don't have to go through what I did.

With their truck and full-size trailer, Ray and his team worked tirelessly for 10 hours straight to get me moved--way beyond the estimated time and number of trips. Even after nearly 10 hours, they didn't leave until my bed was assembled, my appliances were hooked up, and my garden tools were neatly placed. And because I had so much to move (I had downsized from 5 bedroom to 3 bedroom hone) It meant, one day turned out to not be enough...but without more in the budget, I was frantic...but Ray again assured me, that he would get me moved out, and " dont worry about it"... even though it took about 4 more trailers worth and a dump run, he kept his word and not only got my rental property cleared, but also went the extra steps and cleaned up my yards, swept and cleaned out my empty rooms, even though i had not hired them fir clean out service ...they just knew it needed to get done and i didnt have anyone else to help me, so just did all. (And not one complaint or comment about having too much " stuff", or any judgement, understanding and sympathetic to how easy it can be to accumulate things, if you don't purge between moves... so those with "alot", or in " a hoarder" situation, need not be embatassed, i appreciated their patience) When I first reached out, I was overwhelmed and facing a tough situation. Ray assured me from the start, "I got you," and he truly did. He said we'd work out the details and just to call when I was ready. Ray and his team not only provided exceptional professional moving services, vatefully wrapping items, renoxing countless boxes for me, and vatefully placing each item in its designated room, but also demonstrated genuine kindness and compassion. I am forever grateful for their help and support. Look no further for your next move or property clear out
