Once they finished the first half of my house upstairs, the gentleman asked me to take a look, and if there was anything that they missed or I wasn't satisfied with, they would fix, but by the time they finished the second half of my house I was in a hurry for an appointment so I didn't get the chance to double check the rest of their job. The next day, when the sun was shining through, I noticed some marks that were missed and some water spots from areas that maybe dried before they were able to squeegee it. I contacted the company and he sent them out right away on the next business day to take care of it. I highly recommend this company! Thank you for the great service! Called SVM after learning this and got an appt for replacement today (Thurs). Nikitia called prior to appt & said he could come sooner and I said great. Not only was he here sooner he got the job done quickly. Our washer & dryer were side by side w/the dryer hose passing behind the washer to where it exited--when the old washer became unbalanced it had banged into hose causing the hole that were unknown to us till it was exposed when new washer was installed. As a side note, when replacing a washer or dryer do not let the installer run a dryer hose behind a washer as if it becomes unbalanced it will damage the hose creating a fire risk.

A couple of years ago I noticed the amount of energy we were supposed to be getting with our solar panels had severely decreased as our SMUD bill increased. Someone recommended getting the panels cleaned. I saw a sign for Sierra Maintenance leaving our neighborhood and decided to give them a call. After they cleaned the panels, I noticed a lower SMUD bill the next month and in the subsequent months and even to this day. They also send before and after pictures which show just how filthy the panels can get. They also cleaned our gutters this time which I didn't realize had a ton of gunk in them. Our home is two-story ~ 4k sq foot. We have about 12 panels and it was ~$200 to clean them plus another $360 to clean the gutters. Excellent company, which I will refer to others as well as use again next year.
