This is my second time going to a lifetime. The first was at Greenway and I was extremely impressed. The feeling there is different here. You don't get the high ceilings to make this place look huge. I've also only came at night so maybe it's different during day time. Dumbells don't go above 130lbs. If you're here just to lift weights, you membership will be considered expensive. If you book the numerous classes they offer daily, use their amenities like the pickleball, pool and lounging area then it's worth it. There's different tiers of lifetime though and not all memberships are equal. I wish it was open 24/7.

In that area, they have machines that I've never saw in other PF locations such as the ab coaster. I love how all of the ab machines are in the same area and you have to go hunt for it on the floor. Also, they have 4 hip adductor/abductor machines. I love that they have multiple so you aren't waiting. There is a huge area to use free weights and kettlebells with several mats. The staff in the front is great! They are friendly and don't speak very much to you. I had one full encounter with one front desk chick. She questioned me about getting a picture, but immediately didn't continue to approach me since she knew that I got my membership out of state. I want very minimal face to face interaction with anyone while I am exercising so that I can be locked in. Now, some of the treadmills are busted. There are two on the floor that has holes under the belts. There is one where the front plate (where you put your phone) is completely missing. There is one treadmill that is so broken that it immediately stopped on me while I incline walking at 4.5 mph. That was dangerous. I told the front desk staff and he assessed it. I have issues with some of the treadmills, but not all of them are like that, just a few. The rest of the machines are good. The gym is clean and there are several clearly marked TV channels below the TVs. I've been in the mornings and it usually packed with older adults. In the evenings after 5:00 PM, it is packed with young adults/teenagers. The teenagers can be very loud and rowdy. When I come at early mornings, there is still people there. I have seen better in California, though. It kind of sucks that I had to walk up the steps to use cardio machines upstairs. But it's ok. I got used to it. The location is kind of tucked away from the main road. For some reason, I got hungry when I saw Taco Bell being next door. Coming here took a lot of turns. The driveway in the parking lot is not very wide and people tend to want to park in the middle of road for some reason. Front desk guy looked confused and called the manager and told me that I had to take the full tour and go over pricing before they would let me walk through - or I could buy a day pass to do so. Unbelievable - needless to say I turned around and walked out. That interaction was all I needed to know about how they operate.

In January, we signed up for a new thing VillaSport offered: a $212/month non-member swim lesson subscription. We are not members; these are just swim lessons for our child with a monthly payment of $212. But since then, our account has been hit with unauthorized charges beyond the subscription, totaling $636. A manager acknowledged the billing error and issued a refund, but then, VillaSport reversed those refunds. We are now right back where we started, after over a month of trying to recover these funds. When we spoke to the front desk, we were actually cautioned against filing a credit card dispute, as we were told the company "automatically disputes" them. After looking at some of the 1-star reviews, it appears this issue is not unique to me.
